It has been almost a year since my last post and I want to apologize to anyone who actually reads my blog as my neglect of this site was inexcusable, especially for a Virtual Assistant! What happened was that in launching my new Virtual Assistant Services I had to focus on my new clients who had different needs and desires creating multiple and simultaneous learning curves. My spiritual sharings stopped altogether as I focused on creating income from my new business.

But a dear friend who is finally (after many requests from his friends) writing some very interesting quantum posts on his Wordpress blog GOHA'S CORNER is about to create a new one on blogger and asked for my assistance. I have been working with premium Wordpress templates for conversion of HTML websites to what I call "Blogsites" for the last 6 months and had forgotten how fast and easy it is to work with Free 3rd party blogger templates. With Wordpress you are not allowed to use 3rd party templates unless you are on a paid hosting site like Godaddy.com.

Even though I have not posted anything here since last May it has still been getting about 25 hits a week so some of what I wrote in the past must be of value. I am going to continue with this spiritual blog and re-add the links (they disappeared too) as it always has brought me Joy to have this platform for exchange so please leave a comment and let me know what practical spiritual applications you are applying to your life!

A Great Urgency: To All World Religious and Spiritual Leaders

My Relatives,

Time has come to speak to the hearts of our Nations and their Leaders. I ask you this from the bottom of my heart, to come together from the Spirit of your Nations in prayer.

We, from the heart of Turtle Island, have a great message for the World; we are guided to speak from all the White Animals showing their sacred color, which have been signs for us to pray for the sacred life of all things. As I am sending this message to you, many Animal Nations are being threatened, those that swim, those that crawl, those that fly, and the plant Nations, eventually all will be affect from the oil disaster in the Gulf.

The dangers we are faced with at this time are not of spirit. The catastrophe that has happened with the oil spill which looks like the bleeding of Grandmother Earth, is made by human mistakes, mistakes that we cannot afford to continue to make.

I asked, as Spiritual Leaders, that we join together, united in prayer with the whole of our Global Communities. My concern is these serious issues will continue to worsen, as a domino effect that our Ancestors have warned us of in their Prophecies.

I know in my heart there are millions of people that feel our united prayers for the sake of our Grandmother Earth are long overdue. I believe we as Spiritual people must gather ourselves and focus our thoughts and prayers to allow the healing of the many wounds that have been inflicted on the Earth.

As we honor the Cycle of Life, let us call for Prayer circles globally to assist in healing Grandmother Earth (our Unc¹I Maka).

We ask for prayers that the oil spill, this bleeding, will stop. That the winds stay calm to assist in the work. Pray for the people to be guided in repairing this mistake, and that we may also seek to live in harmony, as we make the choice to change the destructive path we are on.

As we pray, we will fully understand that we are all connected. And that what we create can have lasting effects on all life.

So let us unite spiritually, All Nations, All Faiths, One Prayer. Along with this immediate effort, I also ask to please remember June 21st, World Peace and Prayer Day/Honoring Sacred Sites day. Whether it is a natural site, a temple, a church, a synagogue or just your own sacred space, let us make a prayer for all life, for good decision making by our Nations, for our children's future and well-being, and the generations to come.

I love this man! I can't believe I just discovered this series of videos. Everything I have been studying for 30 or more years now came together tonight in a cohesive explanation of our current reality. I had so many AHA moments I lost count. Many times it triggered things my Elder Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha has said that I knew was truth but had no understanding of what it looked like. The universe(s) she sees and knows this man clarified for me in a profound way because he explains these high concepts in a meat and potato style.

I am sharing this Part 1 - 5 of 6 of his "Our Journey & the Grand Deception" series because it is here..right where I stopped to start writing this blog where he shares his absolute adoration and respect for his hero "Ela" or Ana Ela as Grandmother calls her which is adding that extra respect as a high being or Earth Mother or the Divine Mother as George calls her. So courageous and nurturing and endduring of so much disrespect and abuse.

The Quantum Mechanics of DNA Time Travel & Genealogy

I allowed myself to travel back in time through my own DNA while researching my own family tree on Ancestry.com for part two of my genealogy documentary series By Her Roots. Stopping only to stretch and grab a protein shake, I stepped out of time for 17 hours. This is a common occurrence for those who have become "addicted" to tracing their own family history.

I have chosen to approach my next series from this unique aspect. We know now that we carry the experiences of our ancestors in our DNA and I believe we took on the responsibility of going through the process of clearing the dramas they could not. As we realize who and what we are we start to see that our life's journey carries the life's journeys of our ancestors. So how does this affect our current lives?

When we are fully engaged in the Now and present "time", we are actually able to move out of time through other dimensions of the "imaginal realm". When the observer kicks in and I catch myself observing myself, there is a wonderful feeling of joy and contentment that comes over me. Forcing myself to "engage the observer" still takes work for me as I confess I do not meditate as often or as deeply as I should to develop clear mind but I am working on it.

The Dalai Lama says he meditates 7 times a day to practice his own death so he is better prepared to enjoy the experience when he does pass. I understand this.

I believe that the more we can shut off the media and control everyone's programming in our brains by staying in present time, we develop a relationship with our own spiritual self or the "I". The more we practice this the more we operate from "clear mind" and the closer we get to full consciousness. All creative artists know this principle. Going without sleep or food is easy when you are fully engaged in the creation of something that resonates so strongly with you that the creative energy alone feeds your entire being and it is more exciting than any other form of escape.

According to Fred Alan Wolf 's blog on his book the Yoga of Time Travel, focusing and defocusing is a process the mind goes through when creating our future. You have to focus to "see" therefore materialize the outcome you want in the future from the cloud of molecules and possibilities, this is called the Observer Effect. You also have to defocus and relax to complete the process. Avatars, Medicine Elders and Bodhisattvas time travel because through years of intense meditation and training of the mind they are able to travel the corridor, going through the door and coming back using this focus/unfocus process. "By breaking free of the chains of linear time and slipping the timestream you take profound spiritual steps toward achieving liberation from the ego, connecting to the universal consciousness, and overcoming the fear of death."

Writers, as well as Genealogists and family historians know very well the principle of synchronicity..they can all share amazing stories of "coincidental" occurrences during their research. If you truly are in "the zone" you are "out of linear time" and tapping into the elements of the subject of your focus no matter what time period. As we take back full consciousness by using more of our brain power the easier it will be to slip into the time stream of our own DNA. Sooooo exciting!!

Swan Medicine, Nuwati & The Awakening

For me Quantum Physics explains the 2012 Awakening Transition. This blog is a continuation from the blogs below where I shared what has been happening to me personally as I move through this transition and feel the accelerated effects of increased intuition. Even though I know my reality is created "in here" in my mind as opposed to "out there", and I am recognizing these amazing moments of present time full consciousness, I still sometimes find my self dealing with panic & self sabotage when I am in between projects, contracts and income. Here is a few things I do now to counter the effects of that pull into the downward spiral of despair and "stinkin thinkin".

When I catch those moments of negative thinking, I journal and meditate on shifting my perspective to turn it around to my desired outcome so I can stop spending & generating energy frequency of fear, failure and defeat and therefore be able to go to sleep. The other thing that I pay attention to is what animal or "totem" comes into my space, and what I am going through when it does. There are many people embracing this ancient teaching and I understand now what my Elder Grandmother Pa'Ris'ha means when she says "be frequency specific". For the last couple of years it has been swans that have been coming to me and when I least expect it. The frequency (interesting how I am using this word with two different applications) of swan sightings has been increasing even though it is winter and I do not live on water. Even people sending me ecards with swans etc is happening. It took me a while to finally look up the meaning of swan medicine what the SWAN FREQUENCY represents, which reflected to me the level of my resistance to know. But it is a major clue as to where I am at in my life wheel at this time.

So I have surmised that this increased level of spiritual awakening is so important to develop that I have had to split my focus between the future outcome that I desire and the crumbs along the timeline that are being left for me to follow. If I don't practice being in present time and walk carefully with purpose in balance and harmony, I will miss those crumbs and waste time and energy trying to figure out the HOW to get there when it is right in front of me and the more challenging the 2012 transition will be.

How To Ascend the Spirit of a Roadkill

Another head turning experience and example of coming to full consciousness came to me on my walk back from my meditation when I was standing at a bridge looking at the river. I heard a loud clanging sound about a foot above my head, immediately after that my head turned, again no thought, and I found my eyes immediately resting on a dead raccoon on the railway tracks. I knew in an instant that the clanging I heard was the sound of a bang against the rails. At that same moment I also flashed back to a time where a loud bang like a door slamming shut had awakened me from sleep so that I sat straight up in bed looking at the door. My Cherokee Elder Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha, said it was a good thing and that I had caught the door to the other side closing behind me as I came back to my body from dreamspeaker..so for an instant I was in both worlds. Part of her teachings of living in balance and harmony with the Earth Mother and all who live upon her is to remove a roadkill from a road because every time a car ran over it..it experienced it's death over and over. We were to move it to the earth and ascend it's spirit. I moved him to a tree and ascended it's spirit by touching my heart then pointing my first two fingers at it, then in a swirling motion I released it's spirit to the sky saying "let thy spirit soar" (Traditionally an offering of cornmeal would be placed over the body). At that moment I heard the train whistle and realized that I had been directed there just in time to remove his body before he was run over again. My unconscious response to this situation is what is so exciting..being in the right place at the right time, in present time and with awareness ...the icing on the cake is to have the understanding of why.

Is the Observer Turning My Head?

2012 is widely recognized as being the time of the awakening when our conscious and sub-conscious minds merge to bring us back to our original source of operation called full consciousness. I have heard from some sources that this combined with the simultaneous opening of all our 14 chakras will have the effect of a 24 hour LSD or other mind altering experience. I believe it is already happening as we are moving quickly toward this transition, which is why we need to start focusing on deprogramming our minds and re-wiring our brains, and fast.

Personally, I, like many, have had a strong intuitive side as long as I can remember, nothing like a medium, but maybe if I had of spent more time developing it I could have been one. This awakening though is much more serious and intense. It doesn't matter what level of consciousness we are now operating on or how much we pay attention to our intuition ....this is supposed to happen to us all.

As for me I have definitely noticed that my intuition has increased in frequency and immediacy.

A couple of times a day now I have unconscious head turning responses to unimportant events. My head would turn and my eyes would fall on an object that pertains to something i heard on tv or after asking myself where something is in someone's else's house and after my head has turned ..find it. Synchronicity in all forms is happening with more frequency. The things that I used to catch once in a while are now happening in greater frequency, for me at least, I was wondering if anyone else has noticed it?

I am trying to spend more time in silence to stay in the now and present time, catching my thoughts, shifting my perspective on every negative event and thought and therefore controlling my mind. The more we do that the more we operate from the quantum field or "the observer" instead of a programmed computer in our heads. I think this is what is happening to me..the observer is taking over more and more and catching stuff I would have missed before because my mind was occupied by some unimportant trivia or worry. It is literally turning my head!

Bills C-51 & C-52 were dropped Nov. 2008 due to an election. In Jan. 2009 Bill C-6 replaced C-52. (Oct. 23/09) Bill C-6 is currently in Senate. Which if passed will move away from the Rule of Law and abolish the Law of Trespass. This bill has now moved onto the FAST TRACK!!

The NATURAL HEALTH PRODUCTS PROTECTION ASSOCIATION posted this article back in May 14, 2008. As of November 30, 2009 they have almost 41,300 signatures on their Charter of Health Freedom Petition.

To: Stephen Harper / Conservatives

The Canadian government, afraid of the public reaction once people find out what they are trying to pull, is currently fast-tracking a Bill which threatens to strip you of your rights to access a wide range of natural health products. If it passes, and you buy/sell/share/collect/dry/eat/feed to your family any of the restricted stuff, you become a criminal subject to fines 1000X bigger than those currently in effect.

Among the changes proposed by the bill are radical alterations to key terminology, including replacing the word "drug" with "therapeutic product" throughout the Act, thereby giving the Canadian government broad-reaching powers to regulate the sale of all herbs, vitamins, supplements and other items. With this single language change, anything that is "therapeutic" automatically falls under the Food and Drug Act. This would include bottled water, blueberries, dandelion greens and essentially all plant-derived substances.

The Act also changes the definition of the word "sell" to include anyone who gives such therapeutic products to someone else. So a mother giving an herb to her child, under the proposed new language, could be arrested for engaging in the sale of unregulated, unapproved "therapeutic substances."

New enforcement powers allow Canadian government to seize your home or business

At the same time that C-6 & C-52 is outlawing herbs, supplements and vitamins, it would grant alarming new "enforcement" powers to the (thugs) enforcement agents who claim to be "protecting" the public from dangerous unapproved "therapeutic agents" like, say, dandelion greens.

* Raid your home or business without a warrant
* Seize your bank accounts
* Levy fines up to $5 million and a jail terms up to 2 years for merely selling an herb
* Confiscate your property, then charge you storage fees for the expense involved in storing all the products they stole from you

C-52 & C-6 would even criminalize the simple drying of herbs in your kitchen to be used in an herbal product, by the way. That would now be categorized as a "controlled activity," and anyone caught engaging in such "controlled activities" would be arrested, fined and potentially jailed. Other "controlled activities" include labeling bottles, harvesting plants on a farm, collecting herbs from your back yard, or even testing herbal products on yourself! (Yes, virtually every activity involving herbs or supplements would be criminalized...)

Gifts Of The Earth Walkers on Thanksgiving

On this American Thanksgiving holiday It is an honor for me to share just one of the many teachings I have received from my Cherokee Elder Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha over the last 20 years. As a child of the forest in the Smoky Mountains these stories were told to her by her Grandmother. As 2012 creeps ever closer the intensity builds toward our transition into full consciousness. I feel an urgency to reconnect to our Mother the Earth and show our appreciation now, and as the Cherokee say I come in Thanksgiving for the unconditional love and unwavering support of this amazing woman I call Grandmother.

"The Old One said to me as I grew and became stronger, that the Principle that provides us the greatest abundance is Appreciation. No matter what came, she made ceremonies of Thanksgiving to celebrate The Giver. As with all Native people, the Cherokee celebrate Thanksgiving daily, not once a year. With Grandmother, it was by the moment. Our life was good and happiness was a constant.

The Principles of our dimension are simple and clear. We, the two-legged People complicate everything to keep our pain, and to create more scarcity, we hoard. There is no need on our Great Earth to have the present condition of hunger and poverty. This is not real, nor is it true spirituality. Spirit is limitless generosity, compassion and is the profound virtues. Our Real nature is to express all of them, but many people today have altered the principles and are suffering. I have heard this called the Ego. For me it is simply that the balance is broken and needs only to be regained. The Principles remain the same and we need only to flow with them.

When you try to make things happen, and are trying to control, stop. Surrender. Do not try to make it happen. Let it happen. All ends in Beauty. Let it resonate to Harmony. As you experience the Real Nature of your Being, the closer you emerge into the flow of the Principles. With clear mind, pure and complete consciousness, we are in our natural state of spiritual essence.

Spiritual Essence is absolute potential. As you discover and return to your true nature, you know who and what you are, and in that state of knowing is the power to fulfill all your dreams. You realize you are the vast immeasurable potential of all that was, is and will ever be. Look upon a clear night sky from a high place, and see the vastness. Even this is small to the true immeasurable Principle of Potential around you. You are in the One All Pervasive Spirit. Great Spirit. Your “Soul” is not in the Universe, the Universe is in your Soul! To fully embrace this, we then understand that Potential is simply the expression from the unmanifest to the Manifest. Then we have aligned our Being with the Forces that Manifest everything in this Universe. The Third Dimension is the field of Manifestation. Your Life role is to Manifest. The Principles have been given to us and kept pure.

We “spend time” to return to the pure natural state of our Being, and allow harmony to return to our life. Our moments are more valuable than gold or money. Once passed, they are forever spent, we have exchanged them for life experience.

The Earth Mother is the true teacher of Abundance, and Prosperity. Here, in her body, we manifest our thoughts. Let us apply the Principles and see manifest all our Potential of Happiness, Health, and Wealth; all that we desire can and is created. The same Principles that are in nature, that create the forests, the Sun, the Stars, as well as our bodies, bring the manifest fulfillment of our true desires.

Our Whole Universe is simply Self folding back within itself to experience itself in Spirit, Mind, and Physical Being. All creation is of the One.

As indigenous people we know that on the Beautiful Earth we are in the Fields of Plenty. The Principle of Generosity is give and receive; this taps into the unlimited potential. In the Principle of Harmony or Karma we weave our Life blanket with the threads called thoughts, words and deeds.

The Principle of Freedom is total surrender from the need to control and resist. The source is true faith and you will only have faith by being trustworthy. To trust is to have effortless Health and Wealth. With The Principle of Pure Intent, we exist in the reality of pure energy and to focus with clear intent will manifest all we desire. You cannot make money, it happens. It manifests from what you give time to. If what you invest your time in is what you love to do, you will become wealthy. Simple? Yes, and profoundly true.

To release all our past limits and to open ourselves to Beauty is peaceful transition. And we will truly know our purpose, our purpose being the message we came as in our birth. Each of us are born as a clear messenger of the One.

In life, we are in the temporary sate of time. Time millennium is where we are and life time is the only thing we spend here, every moment is a treasure. Spend your moments well.

In the words of an Old One I called Grandmother, I found great Wisdom. She said, “There are no hard times, just people who have lost the Vision. Lift the veils of disbelief from your eyes, and you will see forever.”

Beloved people, wipe the life dust from your eyes. Look at our Earth Mother. She is an awesome gift of Beauty. By love, you were given this opportunity to see her from high mountains and meadows adorned with flowers and trees. You have not been punished and cast here. You were trusted and honored by being sent here. Life is a gift. Treasure it. It is passing quickly. Live awakened, open yourself and let the Light of your Spirit shine. Protect and be the guardians of the abundant treasures of our Mother Earth, so that our children will also know her and her Beauty.

How to Change your Life by Changing Your Mind

I am hearing what is being called today “new consciousness discoveries” I see a swarm of interest in what I have taken for granted over the past twenty years. My Cherokee Elder, Pa’Ris’Ha has taught this wisdom all her life, and has told hundreds of thousands that “Mind Child” as she calls it is the new frontier and final stage of man's evolution into full consciousness and the beginning of our thousand years of illuminated life. She said quantum physics revealed all this knowledge a hundred years ago! So where have we all been? There have been masters walking among us and we have slept though it all for years? So the wheels have begun to turn and Grandmother Pa’Ris’Ha said it is now the predicted time for Mankind to awake. All is as it needs be, and we will all make the jump! Thank goodness for that statement!

As I review my many years in this path and how much I have been given in wisdom I know now, I, along with thousands of others need to share and seed the wisdoms given us and teach and write our stories. How we have stumbled and fallen and Grandmother would be the courage and strength, the love and faith needed until we could get back up. Over these years how many times my Elder reached into my madness and pulled me out! How many times it took before I accepted who I am and what my purpose here is all about. The rewarding changes I have had to make, and how much resistance I went through to get here at this point of my life. I literally have had to recreate myself, and be liberated from a life of environmental programming and genetic patterns of insane past generations of family genetics. And the clear, simple truth is as my Elder has said, Mind is the Child!

The following is a review of some of the material My Elder Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha has us look closely at so we could learn the science behind the medicine teachings she has been giving us over the last 20 years.

In the world of Quantum Physics we are living in a world of energy or molecules suspended in time in the imaginal realm until we think them into form. Dr. Fred Alan Wolf, from the films The Secret and What The Bleep Do We Know? explains in his books Mind into Matter and Matter into Feeling that this creation process occurs on a time loop. We first create a goal with a desired outcome. Once we make a firm decision to achieve that outcome it is already created, in the future, at the other end of the time loop. “Without the end already set in the future the "story" does not arise.”

As we start taking the necessary steps to achieve this goal by creating a plan of action, journaling and visualizing the goal already achieved, it starts taking form along the time loop forward into the future. At the same time the outcome is making its way back to our present time. What happens in between is a mixture of suspended molecules taking shape and form as the universe re adjusts itself to accommodate your desired outcome, which is why it most often comes back in a different form than you envisioned. My favourite quote from Mind into Matter is “when the link becomes apparent”. As you move forward on the time loop toward your goal, you start to catch clues coming back on the time loop from the future confirming that you are on the right track and are creating your desired outcome. Every time we recognize this happening we are to acknowledge it, thereby reinforcing this new knowledge as wisdom and re-wiring the NEURAL NETS in our brains. So why then do we sometimes fail in materializing our goals? The deciding factor in achieving any desired outcome is what goes on in our minds and our brains!

Dr. Joe Dispenza, the Create Your Day guy from What The Bleep, says in his book Evolve Your Brainbrain in action". The brain, like a computer has two operating systems, each with it's own appropriate hardware. Our Conscious mind is based in the NEOCORTEX area of the brain and is the seat of our FREE WILL or what makes us SELF-AWARE. The Subconscious mind is based in the MIDBRAIN,CEREBELLUM and BRAINSTEM and is where we are connected to THE SOURCE. The FRONTAL LOBE allows us to place sustained and focused attention on any one thing. “The most recent findings in neuroscience is that to change the brain's architecture we have to pay attention to our experiences in any given moment. Passive stimulation of our brain circuits, without our paying attention to the stimulus and without putting awareness on what is being processed, causes no internal changes in the brain”. that the mind is the working brain or the "

Therefore to attract or create something new in your life we must practice "mental rehearsal". The repetition of new thoughts changes how the brain and mind works. Conscious thoughts repeated often enough become unconscious thinking. Through Free Will we always have a choice. We can passively allow what ever thoughts, response patterns or chatter that has been programmed or wired into our brains through the media, our parents etc. to dictate what we create, or we can tap into THE SOURCE or the NOW by being in PRESENT TIME for some profound insights. We can also, with focused intention Evolve Our Brains to create a better world for ourselves and those around us. The more we take back and maintain control of our own minds the closer we come to full consciousness and our original divinity.

A couple of years ago, while I was researching my Irish Roots and preparing to go to Halifax Nova Scotia to shoot my internet documentary By Her Roots, I received a death notice for my great grandfather from a family researcher in Dublin, Ireland. Turns out he was buried in the Park Lawn Cemetery in Toronto. Not only had I never heard of this grandfather, neither had my mother. And even more surprising to me was that my family lived and worked all our lives around this cemetery and never knew we had an ancestor there.

He died on same day as my mother's birthday so i took her to the cemetery for her birthday....

The Greatest Gift

Last year my son died ...and then came back. I had just said goodbye to him at the restaurant he worked at and then left for Nova Scotia where I stayed for the whole month of August. I was there to shoot my By Her Roots series for RootsTelevision.Com. It took two days for me to get there. I called my mother when I arrived and found out that he was in an accident with his bike and now had his jaw wired shut. After frantically trying to get him through text and email I got him on the phone though he could barely talk. He had just been released from the hospital and told me he was fine, that it was just a fracture and that the wires would only be in for two weeks. His roommates were there with him and he had tons of protein shakes he would keep me updated and I was not to turn around and come back.

He lied. He didn't want me to cancel my long time dream of shooting this documentary. The truth was that he broke his jaw on both sides separating it from his skull. He had been lying for a long time in the halls of the hospital in excruciating pain and no one could understand him as he couldn't speak. Finally they took an x-ray and immediately operated on him. When he awoke he said he thought he was Neo in the Matrix..he couldn't open his mouth to speak and didn't know why... he was thrashing about in a panic.

I sent out a request for Blue Light through our prayer network, My Elder says bathing a subject in blue light is the best form of healing prayer as it does not interfere with their free will. Hundreds of people were sending him this light. I told everyone that it was just a fracture perpetuating the story he told me.

After I finished the video in Nova Scotia at the end of August, I went to New York to videotape the Youth For Human Rights Conference at the UN. The LCFHD had a few young people who were invited to speak and Grandmother wanted me to videotape it. At the end of that weekend i got some private time with her where she told me what actually happened to him and that he had actually died and she pulled him back. There had been some kind of discussion between him, her and some elders on the other side ..something like that. She said he knew something like that happened but he doesn't understand it.

I couldn't get back to Toronto fast enough, my wheels didn't hit the ground. When I got there i had to wait as he was in a meeting with some film people about a project they wanted him to be involved in....so i waited.... Finally I shared with him what Grandmother said and he said "so that's what happened" then he proceeded to tell me the whole story.

Just before I was preparing to go down to Ohio for this year's annual Sun Ceremony I found out about a new Filmaka contest for a 3 minute video about "the other side". I had about a half an hour to shoot this at the very end of a very packed and intense 10 days, then drove 10 hours home and had one evening to edit and upload it. I just found out it was not accepted in the entry level probably because most everyone else has a crew of professionals working on their videos. I am sooo going to resist entering anything again until I have a pro editor and cam op as I have been doing everything myself and I think it shows.

Anyway Now that it didn't make it in the contest I can post it. We want to share to help people lose their fear of death and come to the awareness that we are trapped light in physical form. We chose to experience form on this our Mother Earth, but it is not all that we are. My son and I both welcome your comments ...

From Reuters To Twitter & 2012-The Race Is On

I have to admit sometimes I feel myself being drawn into that race to be the first to report to my followers on Twitter of some extraordinary news or fascinating new information that will start a lively conversation or heated debate.

I just watched the 1940 biopic A Dispatch From Reuters and found myself relating to Paul Julius Reuters passion and excitement at being the first to report stock news from Paris. As the telegraph system was evolving his courier pigeon service was faster than the train carrying the post. When a telegraph link was established from Ireland to Britain and then to Europe the news from America was still being tossed into the sea in canisters, picked up in Ireland and telegraphed to England. Reuter was the first to report the assassination of Lincoln to Europe and the now Reuters News Agency's reputation was built on being first to report the latest news.

Impressively, Reuter insisted on setting principles to preserve his company's independence, integrity, and freedom from bias in its news reporting. Reuters today still struggles to maintain those principles. As of 9/11 it has elected to only use the word terrorist if in a quote. This is while it's journalists have been kidnapped and killed.

Now we have Twitter and with the speed and focus on the destination of our messages Twitterers have become "reporters". Most of us report from the comfort of our homes, but as the Iran election riots prove, getting the news out in real time from a cell phone can mean a form of freedom to an oppressed people.

What would Paul Julius Reuter think about the Twitter guys Jack Dorsey, Biz Stone, and Evan Williams? I think he is behind them cheering and helping them break through these international walls to help us get eventually to where we don't need a computer, or a phone but will all be able to communicate telepathically without the hardware. I believe it is here now and more and more human beings are discovering and nurturing this talent as we move ever closer to 2012 and the awakening of our species.

The Cove - Why documentaries are made

I fell madly in love last night while driving along the 400 hwy towards Toronto.

I was listening to an interview on the CBC radio program "Q" last night with Louie Psihoyos the director of the documentary "The Cove". He absolutely reminded me why I have sacrificed so much to go into the documentary film biz and why I have this burning desire to uncover what has been hidden from us.

"The Cove" had just won the Sundance Audience Award but at this years Hot Docs premiere the audience gave this documentary, described as a "devastating thriller" a standing ovation. The film follows Richard O'Barry, world authority on dolphin training and the man who trained "Flipper"in the 60's, on a covert mission to a hidden cove in Japan.

In James Bond meets Jacques Cousteau like fashion the director Louie Psihoyos (former still photographer for National Geographic Magazine) his diving friend Jim Clark (creator of Netscape), O'Barry and a host of courageous others uncover the underwater horrors of the multi-billion dollar dolphin business. Not only the massive slaughter but facts like the ZANTAC the dolphins are on for us to touch and play with them, and the Japanese people unknowingly been fed dolphin meat with sky high mercury and toxic levels need to be exposed!

Louie and Jim Clark started the Oceanic Preservation Society about 4 years ago to make documentary films and still projects about vanishing ocean life. Listening to him last night as I drove in the night time rain I heard confidence "I know how to construct a story", conviction and sensitivity. But the topper was when he stated emphatically that when it comes to raising financing if you are on the right path the money will appear. I so needed to hear that even though I believe it and move through my life with a quantum perspective being the whole crew on my own projects while looking for financing can really test your reserve. He gave me such a boost.

This is from my Spiritual Elder Venerable Pa'Ris'Ha when I asked for clarity on the true purpose of Dolphins here on earth:

"They are above us on food chain due to purity and intelligence. They are Ancients who would not stay on the land as Man became more harmful. They are the pure innocence’s we once had and will return to. The Dolphins are powerful healers and have such love of Mankind and understand the frequencies that bind us in Oneness, their voice is a sound that moves the Universe's song, and with them the Whales.

Oceans are Ama-Mothers Water, where all life came from, and we are of it all and are to learn to hold the sacredness they hold until we come full circle again. The stories of sailors and ships who have survived many dangerous times on the seas show the love that was given them by the Dolphins. And the playfulness of being relations.

When in areas where the Albino Dolphin comes to us while we do our Ceremonies near the Sea she has a haunting song and it takes our minds to a time before time and she assures us of the return we will make. So in these times of change and fear people are given peace by the Dolphins and great Whales. They have lasted much longer than us on land. All are inter-related and love is the principal they give us."

So I thought ok not only do I have to find out more about this doc but I had to find out more about him. This man is not only an enlightened, sensitive, intelligent, dolphin saving, documentary filmmaker with real inner balls, who also works with his wife (my dream man) but he is absolutely gorgeous! My Spiritual Ashram Retreat

For the last 20 years my spiritual growth was seeded in this beautiful sacred place at the highest point of the Ohio valley. I was one of the many who helped build Friendship Village (well actually the professionals told me how and where), and had so many workshops and trainings there that I would not even try to count them. I can remember however a momentous aha moment or shift in my perspective and consciousness from almost everyone of them, they were extremely profound experiences in my life. Friendship Village was a place to go that always felt like home because it was created with love support and a higher purpose by so many loving volunteer hands and hearts. Our Masonic Origins...who knew?

Well I didn't ....while researching St Paul's Anglican Church for one of my By Her Roots webisodes on Roots Television, I discovered that just about every British military or political leader during the 1749 founding of Halifax Nova Scotia was a Freemason. Of course this was the same in all the North American British Colonies but these were most of the earliest Masons oversees.

I also stumbled upon some Masonic Illuminati Conspiracy theories pertaining to the founding of Halifax, Nova Scotia and St Paul's Anglican Church in 1749 but also the devastating Halifax Explosion of 1917 (considered by some to have been a generated crises like 9/11) which actually provided some interesting concepts regarding the supposed purpose behind the One World Government and the decrease in the human population plots. They state that one of the main goals of Freemasonry has always been to infiltrate the Christian church from within by creating a false church. They also put forth that this was to take back the throne from the House of David and place on that throne one of their own from the line of Benjamin. The Merovingian/Templars purpose of the Crusades was supposedly to do just that and which is why there is so much importance put on DNA lineage in Genesis. If you want to read probably the most controversial article on Freemasonry and the Merovingian dynasty here it is. There is a disclaimer at the beginning which I endorse because it was obviously written by a staunch Catholic with very strong feelings but I agree with those who re-printed this article that it does indeed fill in a lot of gaps. I chose not to include these theories in this latest webisode and instead stuck to the facts. I had always intended to name the movers and shakers in Halifax at the time as my ancestor Peter Martin, a poor fisherman who was granted a lot of land and fishing rights, was in court with these officials for the last half of his life and then mysteriously died with no death record, no burial and no grave. Family History research brings out the curious detective in everyone so it is no surprise to us when we stumble upon a story that takes us to something provocative even controversial. I do choose though to keep my mind open, as more and more questioning minds out there are also doing. There are still though so many who prefer to believe that all our decision makers, our movers and shakers, hidden away behind closed doors, put the interests of the people they govern before their own. I choose, to placate my own curious mind, to look more closely at information that sheds light on areas that are shrouded in darkness like pulling your head out of the sand and looking into the brightness of a new day.

Snowbird Volunteering in the Florida Forest.

It has been a long time since my last post because I have been implementing a new winter survival plan while my Canadian cabin is being renovated and winterized. In order to continue editing my little Internet doc series on Roots Television , while living in my old RV the Empress, I am working as a volunteer lab assistant and artifact photographer for the Southeast Archeological Center in Florida in return for an RV spot in the forest. I also put in hours assisting the park in clean up which amounts to about 30 hours a week. There is no Internet here so I got a Blackberry Bold which is so powerful I am streaming video in the forest where most cannot even get a cell phone signal. But I cannot blog from there on the BB as AT&T have not agreed to the google bot apps or something like that. So I have to wait until I can get online somewhere to upload a blog. I have now started a new wordpress blog that I believe I can post from the BB.

Because there are so many US states with warm winter climates they are a huge magnet for Canadian and US snowbirds alike. For those of us who are not currently prosperous but still desirous to escape the seemingly unending snow shovelling, there are many volunteer opportunities in some of the most beautiful places in the US. State Parks and National Forests post volunteer exchange positions, that are also open for international volunteers on their websites. I awake and go to sleep with the owls... see deer silhouetted in the morning mist at the lake and had a bobcat dash across the road not 10 feet in front of my golf cart at dusk. From hosting a park RV site to assisting at a heritage monument or an historic civil war fort spending the winter in a beautiful warm location in the U.S. can be an affordable, rewarding and exciting option. You can apply online to multiple destinations but do it long in advance of your journey as it takes awhile for them to respond, but they do.

In my opinion it doesn't matter what boundaries are placed before us...for me to give back to the forest, no matter what the exchange is for me or what country it is in, is an honor and a privilege for this old Toronto gal. I have also learned from my Elder that every tree is in communication with every other tree in the world so this tree hugger shows appreciation every chance I get...after all without trees we would not even exist.

Did I shift myself into a Parallel World?

I am not an astrologer but I have been working with my own birth chart since the '70's. Every morning I check my current transits online at www.astro.com. I also frequently check my free short forecast, my interactive travel chart to see what aspects I will be encountering in my next location (as I travel a lot for my video & documentary productions) and my progressive charts.

While working "intently" with Dr. Fred Alan Wolf's books Mind into Matter and Matter into Feeling on On Eagles Wings webcasts on quantum physics, which includes showing us how the many-worlds theory works, and really really trying hard to stay in "present time" I am beginning to witness or "observe" some fascinating phenomena taking place in my own matrix/reality.

My Spiritual Elder, Venerable PaRisHa is encouraging us to clear away as much old programming from our minds as possible so we can start using the other 90% of our brains by re-claiming full consciousness and therefore become the powerful beings everyone of us were given the right to be before we "allowed" ourselves to become sheep. The more I clear away the faster I seem to move when it comes to making decisions and changing my circumstances, as if whatever little voices, bent on holding me back from what I truly desired as my destiny, are dissolving and leaving room for new possibilities.

Studying with a Cherokee Elder for 20 years has left me accustomed to witnessing medicine in action..or miracles. Any quantum shift or phenomena that has to do with Grandmother I automatically accept..but now it is becoming more prominent in my own immediate reality. For over 35 years now whenever something manifested or changed (especially before I discovered the quantum world, the law of attraction and the power of the now) I just believed the universe was responding to what I was putting out, positive or negative. The Law of Karma or cause and effect now makes even more sense with a quantum understanding of how different it is to live in "cause" and not in effect (or being a victim of other "players" in the game).

As I am approaching my 56th birthday and embarking on another winter snowbird journey, I checked my chart as usual but was transfixed in a state of shock when I "observed" that Pluto was no longer in my 7th house of relationships but in the 8th house! I am talking about my natal chart here not a progressed or any other configuration, just the natal chart with the same birth info I have had for 56 years. Most people's first reaction would be that Astro.com made a mistake..but my absolute first reaction (after I got over the shock of what I saw) was that I had shifted something in me enough to no longer be "at war" in my relationships. Could this be how you shift yourself to a parallel world or a parallel "you" that is living in a reality that is better than the one you are in now? Do you change your astrological or birth personality as well? This would make sense (at least to me) if there were like 12 parallel worlds (or many-worlds theory in quantum physics) 12 different personalities therefore 12 different birth charts?

For this article I checked my birth data on other sites to confirm the pluto shift into the 8th house in my "natal" chart and I am going to dig out my old hard copy of my chart to see if there were any other changes although everything else looks the same. The part of this that makes me so happy, personally, is the difference this makes in my life. Here is what I was dealing with (and my friends and family can attest to this), for 56 years, and what it has shifted to today:

More Green Party Warrior Women

I grabbed my cam, some tape and tore my girlfriend Gail away from her sewing (Historical Garment Retailors) and drove over to the Washago train station to catch Elizabeth May's Whistle Stop. My friend Valerie Powell is our Green Party Simcoe North candidate and has been part of Elizabeth May's shadow government for many years now. The train was very late, so Gail and I went for cappuccinos and when we got back ..the train started coming in so i was shooting and running at the same time..won't make that mistake again.

Anyway whether the Green Party should rule our country or not is not for me to say...all I have ever tried to do in my promotion of the GP is to get Elizabeth May in on the debates, and increase the votes so the Green Party will get more funding. When you vote strategically (or for the lesser of two evils which most people relate to me) you are actually financing them. If you want to vote Green then do it.. not only will you not be wasting your vote but you will be a) assisting them to get government financing and b) putting your intention out to the universe. In the U.S. the fight to get the Green Party in on their debates was ongoing as well. Ralph Nader and Ron Paul have been trying to get third parties in on the debates for years.

Right now I am just happy that there is now some strong feminine energy in the form of these Warriors Women Leaders in the Green Party: Elizabeth May and Valerie Powell in Canada and Cynthia McKinney and Rose Clemente in the U.S.

Here's a great Youtube channel called Green Progress with a video of the US Green Party's nomination for President and vice President - Two women Cynthia McKinney and Rose Clemente. They have no problem talking about the two "stolen elections".

Now we have Women as Green Party leaders in both Canada(Elizabeth May) and US running for leadership in their countries now that's real progress. I still believe we need some real warriors to kick ass when it comes to protecting us from the really dark forces that have got a real foothold on our planet but why can't the Green Party at least be in on the debates??

The environment and other issues need a voice....watch McKinney go after Rumsfield in this video ..she's a warrior!

OUR COURAGEOUS YOUTHS

I am extremely impressed and appreciative of the enormous efforts of the YFHR (watch the 30 ads on the 30 rights of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights) and especially of their president Mary Shuttleworth and all the youths around the world that are standing up and fighting, sometimes with their lives, for these basic human rights. Here is a PSA on Human Right #14.

What really stood out for me, are the many South Vietnamese in the U.S. today who are still working at establishing these human rights in their own homeland. On the last day of the Summit, there was an Inter Faith Service held at the United Nations Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza, and a few of their religious and spiritual representatives spoke. I did not understand nor was I aware of the significance of the suppression of the young man's desire to carry the flag of his countrymen, as it was unfolding, as I was wearing three hats during the four days and not always privy to what was happening. I am just happy I was able to document as much as I did, as now when I look back at my footage I see what an honor it was to be a part of something so important. After spending the whole weekend with his flag under his shirt, and with some encouragement and support, the young Vietnamese delegate is shown here proudly standing with his flag to support his courageous and determined Elders.

UN SPEAKERS/DELEGATES

There were several international organizations represented at this summit at the UN. From Monks to Activists and many impassioned speakers came a plea to the youth delegates representing their countries. More often than not the biggest issue raised was human trafficking and the sex trade especially when it came to the young of third world countries. Even though my friend Mary and I tried not to be in the way of the organizers as we never left our young wards, their initial resistance gave way as they all came to see that it was an extremely wise thing to do.

The actress Ann Archer founded the Artists for Human Rights as another non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to raise awareness of these 30 articles so they can be implemented and defended. Ms Archer headed a panel of speakers among them my favorite Jack Healey. Mr Healey was with Martin Luther King and helped organize the march on Washington in '63. For 12 years he was the Director for Amnesty International - U.S. and made it a household word. During those years he arranged 4 musical tours that included Sting, U2, Bruce Springstein and Peter Gabriel. He speaks like a lion and in a very strong voice he advised all the youths to become presidents of their countries so human rights will not have to be a struggle and something to strive for. He also was very passionate when relating how badly the Native Americans of this continent have been and are still being treated by our governments and shared with us that he has Cree blood and proud of it.

During a workshop held to assist the youth delegates to put a plan of action in place when they returned home, a young man shared his story. When he was 9 years old he awoke to the sound of guns in his small town in Africa. He fled with others on foot to the checkpoints at Sierre Leone where if you did not answer a question to their satisfaction..you were shot. At some point years later (I am going by my notes here) when he was able to find an internet connection there he googled human rights and read the Declaration and found out that Africa and many other countries all agreed to these articles, his shock was that they even existed. He then found the youth for human rights organization and has been inspiring people ever since.

OUR UN YOUTH DELEGATES/TAWAH

TAWAH is a Native American term which means the Inner Sun of our Human Spirit's and Life's Plan.

The Learning Centre for Human Development in Summerfield Ohio, founded by my Cherokee Elder Venerable Pa'Ris'Ha, offers a profound youth program that applies traditional native American principles when guiding and raising troubled youths to become purposeful citizens of this world.

The TAWAH Youth Leadership program " assists adolescents in forming and maintaining more adequate interpersonal relationships with others-peers, family and the community alike, to successfully begin to achieve a sense of personal autonomy and accomplishment as is practically displayed in school, work and family settings, and to assist the participants in viewing themselves as productive members of their communities."

Grandmother was approached to not only present a welcome message to all the International youths that arrived in New York for the 5th annual Youth for Human Rights International Summit, but to provide a delegate from the Tawah program to represent the U.S. Four incredible mature aware and dedicated youths traveled with her (and their chaperons of which I was one) to the UN to participate and carry the flag for the U.S. Anastasia, Jade, Phoenix and Clarity learned of the extraordinary efforts of youths from around the world to increase awareness for human rights.

In the morning at the UN the ceremonial procession of the delegates with their flags was impressive to the packed room in the UN that held human rights activists and leaders from around the world. Our Anastasia moved the audience with her explanation of how they implement the Tawah program at the center and her native song.

Among the young delegates was a beautiful Vietnamese young man whom we all quickly noticed had a flag pole but no flag. It was soon apparent that he had brought the South Vietnamese flag but was not allowed to display it as it was not recognized as an official flag. He refused to carry the communist flag nor the communist box, a token present to the UN officials. He did however keep his flag folded and under his shirt. Again another reality that was emerging for these young people eager to do something to make a difference.

ELEANOR ROOSEVELT & OUR HUMAN RIGHTS

Eleanor Roosevelt was already a member of the U.N.'s commission on Human Rights when the delegates voted her in as Chairperson. On December 10, 1948, after three years and thousands of hours of debates among the members, the men and women of the 46 nations of the U.N.'s General Assembly adopted The Universal Declaration For Human Rights.
Thirty Articles were assembled in the declaration to bring attention to the basic rights and freedoms of every human being in every country on our planet to promote dignity, fairness, peace, justice and equality.

Many attempts have been made to bring about a universal adherence to basic human rights as far back as our Early civilization. An eyeopening timeline has been created to display the ongoing struggle for human rights that includes The Magna Carta, U.S. Declaration of Independence and the Emancipation proclamation.

Since the 50th anniversary of the Declaration in 1997, efforts have been stepped up to emphasize the importance of these 30 articles and to create awareness as most people, including myself, never knew they existed. In countries where basic freedoms and rights are completely ignored, victims of oppression are suddenly given a chance to connect with support groups when made aware of the declaration.

I was shooting my documentary in Nova Scotia when I got a call to go to the U.N. in New York and document the Youth For Human Rights International Conference. This was four days that has changed my life, humbled me and given it a huge boost in purpose and meaning.

The first webisode from my By Her Roots Family History series is up on my YouTube channel but is also now playing on RootsTelevision.com. It is an honor to be included in that community. The producers and creators of this site are among the pioneers in getting genealogy into mainstream public awareness as they were producers of the original Ancestors series for PBS many years ago. So I am very happy to be there.

The shoot at the Fortress of Louisbourg was amazing. I took Janice Fralic-Brown one of my researchers here in Nova Scotia with me as I had found a clue online regarding my search for Peter Martin in their records for 1759/60. Janice doesn't drive so I had to teach her how to use my camera for the beautiful shots along parts of the Cabot Trail. An eagle flew across right above and in front of my car and then disappeared which to me was a great omen for the journey. We didn't get there until 2:30 and they closed at 5:30..My battery was dead and didn't realize I was really going back to 1744 as I was half expecting power outlets somewhere and of course there were none. It was the Festival of St. Louis so when the enemy arrived at the gate we were all interogated Especially as my camera was seen as an unknown weapon. I tried to explain that the King had requested us to travel back from the future to document the event, then I continued to be under suspicion when I didn't know if it was Louis 14th or 15th.

We were hungry and hoping to grab something so I could re-think my strategy and shift my perspective as I had screwed up the shoot because I left my back up camera (with all its batteries) with my son in Toronto. I know from everything I have learned through quantum physics et all that what I think I create and if I didn't change my stressed out perspective that the shoot was doomed fast it would be. So we both re-focused on a positive outcome. Luckily we found ourselves in front of the two dining halls. We chose to eat with the peasants in the soldiers (which was appropriate for our ancestors) dining room and share a small meal which included this amazing soldier's bread..which was perfect and a beer which I really needed. Then started asking how to find Ken Donovan who I was supposed to interview but we had missed his presentations earlier as it had taken us 7 hours to get there. Of course they don't have phones. So we had to depend on the old way of communicating ..tell someone to tell someone etc. We were also told to ask a guide as to where there might be power and eventually we ended up in the very supportive loving and responsible arms of Louise Johnston who took us to an office hidden within the interior of the buildings which was a beautiful location with power to shoot Janice's interview. Louise then got us a replacement for Ken to interview. Lawrence Burman is the Parks Canada Visitor Services Supervisor and , God love him, I asked him to sum up the activities at Louisbourg from 1744-1760 in about 2 minutes..and he did! He also gave us some more clues as to where to look for Peter Martin.

Janice, who is a Family Historian and Editor of the Nova Scotia Genealogist (the Genealogical Association of Nova Scotia's newsletter) became my camera assistant, interviewer and talent so fast she didn't have time to freak out. It turns out Janice had two ancestors at Louisbourg in the 45th regiment the same regiment as the Peter Martin that I found listed there in 59/60. Her ancestors actually stayed in Louisbourg afterwards so she is related to the most prominent names in the area so was able to talk about them in the interviews. Then Lawrence took us to another location which was even more amazing so we could have power and another gentlemen was assigned to assist us (he even gave us cookies and water).

As we were leaving..as slowly as we could walk cause we didn't have time to investigate anything else while we were there, we were walking the empty streets as most everyone was gone. At one point I had a flash that all three ancestors were looking down at us together as they had helped to turn the whole shoot around for us and then I got goosebumps and the hair on my arms stood up and the wind came up right at us and we both felt it was true. So I am now staying with this line of research and hopefully I can find evidence that he is my ancestor and maybe I will find the mysterious Mary a native or Acadian woman who bore my ancestor John but was not recognized anywhere.

What a magical day! We came so close to our ancestors, I know we did. I'd do it again, in a second. It really showed me how we can achieve what we need to, by focusing on what is necessary and then going forward with the actions to make it possible. You are such a positive force! Thank you for this amazing opportunity."

Today Show Discovering Their Roots

Starting Monday the Today show anchors are looking into their Family Trees and they have the same kind of opening I did on mine..which is very encouraging for me and my series By Her Roots. The main thing is that they are making even more people aware of how important and revealing it can be to travel back in time through your own DNA. To discover some of the elements that make up who you are and how you came to be shows us how very special each and every one of us are while also showing our interconnectedness.

I still wish I had a crew as it would be much better technically if i had a camera operator and an editor but at this stage I am just extremely grateful that my friend and biz partner Liz sponsored this trip for me so I could get it done.

The first one took a very long time as I had to do everything so fast. My cousin Danny Martin played on the harbourfront the first night I was here and let me use the song he wrote.

Anyway I have to get the rest of them shot and edited within the next 10 days as that is all I have this house rented for. I still have to go to Louisbourg where I found a Peter Martin in the 45th regiment of foot..part of the group the went to quebec..i knew it.

anyway you can see the stress on my face..no amount of makeup could hide my blotches..that took me almost 60 hours to edit..i am editing in my sleep ..so intense..and the clock is ticking anyway i have a lot figured out now so i have to burn more rubber...

I never blog unless I am inspired to do so and this morning I was.

I had forgotten that last night was the lunar eclipse in Aquarius. I knew it but when I couldn't edit one more minute I went and bought some groceries, (I was down to just protein shakes as no time to cook or even eat) and treated myself to the purchase of a movie. I bought Elizabeth: The Golden Age as I hadn't seen it and I have my own documentary I wish to produce on the theory that she had a Secret Wedding to Robert Dudley and that the Earl of Essex (she never got over ordering his execution) and Sir Francis Bacon (even greater numbers now believe he wrote Shakespeare's plays with all their codes and double meanings) were their children.

I was watching it just prior (I now know as of this morning) to the eclipse. The night before I had a dream of being in a relationship with a man who I saw clearly, which almost never happens, unless its like George Clooney. I knew when I awoke that it was Lolly Vegas of Redbone. I have been strangely and intensely attracted to him since I found the old "Come and Get Your Love" video on YouTube I hadn't really thought of it until last night that this feeling is the same intense attraction you get when you fall head over ass for someone as I have done many times ...to my detriment.

Just around when Elizabeth had Sir Walter Raleigh kiss her because till now they were showing that underlying layer regarding her choice to not marry so she could hold onto her power, I decided to stop the video and make some popcorn. After being so intently in the now and present with my doc for so many hours every day for weeks now I had let go of my focus and was just being entertained and chilling out and back into what we call our normal reality with normal routine. I screwed up..i set the microwave for longer than the 2 minutes! Instead of focusing on the popcorn like I usually do I went straight to my laptop and started looking up Lolly and totally immersing myself in that feeling again to see if I could figure out why I was getting so affected...at one point I realized I smelled burned popcorn but my mind said that couldn't be I only put it on for 2 min so it would under cook.

I finally went to check it and of course it had burned. I cleaned it up and went back to Elizabeth. At this point she is trying to get her astrologer to tell her that there is some uncertainty as to the outcome of the Spanish Armada Invasion. He finally says to her in every event there are different approaches, some run away, sum have the courage to stay etc and then there is one who spreads their wings and soars above to create their own destiny..something like that. She embraces this concept as her motivation puts on her armour and goes to war and we know now that was the shining moment of her reign and made her a Warrior Queen.

This morning I decided to have my tea while watching the making of part of the dvd which is always my favorite part. I also saw that the eclipse had happened last night exactly when I was burning the popcorn and being distracted by Lolly Vegas, so I googled the astrological meaning of the lunar eclipse in Aquarius and found this Blog that said two weeks ago the solar eclipse was in Leo and last night the lunar was in Aquarius its opposite. It states that "For the purposes of this eclipse, your Leo house tells a tale of old ego dramas that need to be swept away to promote healthier ways of ego expression. Your Aquarius shows where something new is occurring, where you reach to share your unique gifts and skills with others."

This was a huge AHA moment for me! As I finished reading this I looked up and saw the director of Elizabeth explaining how he was creating a visual on the screen to reveal not only what transpired during the Armada invasion but what was happening to her through it. I realized then that directors have always been doing that, finding a way to display their own theory on how an event was "created" through the eyes of the one who was involved. What I mean is that just like a director of a scene in a film we can engage the observer or take ourselves out of mind during the unfolding of an event and "see" that we are the director of our own scenes in our own lives. This is when we have an AHA moment. We see clearly what really just transpired and why Dr. Fred Alan Wolf says in my favorite quote of all time "the link becomes apparent".

The Karmic part of my natal astrological chart I am well aware of having worked with it for 30 years now. My North Node is in Aquarius and my South Node is in Leo. Simply put the main lessons I came here to learn are to shift my Leo "dramatic" energies of self to a new focus of utilizing my energy (skills and talents) to shift my focus for the evolution of mankind instead of satisfying my leo ego energies.

So this is how the link became apparent. Elizabeth is in an extremely powerful position but underneath she is always dealing with the responsibility of her power and her own egoic desires. I have had this past pattern of attraction to emotionally unavailable men (due I believe to my first love my father leaving when I was 7) which has always robbed me of my power as in those situations I just handed it over. Lolly was just an Internet example of unavailable I believe (plus he was pretty sexy ..for me anyway lol he's 70 now and I am approaching 56 but thats not how it is in my mind). During this Aquarius Lunar eclipse that completed the Leo solar eclipse I was totally caught up in the energy of what was going on in my environment everything was in sync with me and during the intensity of that short window of time I burned my popcorn. All these links did not become apparent until this morning but I am now focusing on releasing this old stuff once and for all. Now I have to stay on course and focused on my goals and not get distracted by old egoic temptations that would take me to another timeline with a different outcome that could burn me in the end. This was a great opportunity and I am so appreciative of Grandmother Pa'ris'ha and Dr. Wolf for introducing me to quantum physics and the understanding of how energy manifests into material form and how I can, as director of the scenes of my life adjust not only my neuron-net but the environment around me as I shoot my arrow over the wall!

Eating my Biggest Quantum Frog!

I have not blogged for a long time now as I made some extreme changes in my life. I had to in order to fulfil a goal and dream I have had for 8 years now. I got sick of listening to myself talk about doing it. This was my biggest frog (from Brian Tracy's book Eat That Frog) and it had huge challenges that I had never been able to get past, until now. I had been trying to get my documentary series "By Her Roots" sold to television and then raise the financing through co-productions. This is a very long and arduous process and now with the immursion of HD tv the cost of shooting it more than doubled. Then I came up with an idea of how to finance it and get it on the web instead and in one day I removed the biggest obstacles and had no more resistance and no more excuses.

I have never been one to give up but I had taken longer than necessary to achieve my goals as I struggled with past inhibiting patterns that kept me from pursuing my goals like an arrow over a wall. This past year tho thanks to the support of my Elder the Venerable Pa'Ris'Ha and the On Eagles Wings internet radio team, I have been studying exactly what I needed to in order to make a quantum jump into the reality that has always been waiting for me.

You may have read my other blogs here about the internal successes I have had because of my new understanding of quantum physics and how it explains how we shape our world. It just keeps unfolding as I awaken more and more to the individual power of each and everyone of us and apply it in my own experience.

I know now that nothing is created without first the resistance to the new reality, all our patterns and programs, fears and doubts, and the ever looming uncertainty principle of how to make it happen. And then there is this monumental moment when a decision is finally and steadfastly made, and like a shoot bursting through the surface of the earth a new life begins to shine and grow in the light of it's new world.

I have been making more and more of these decisions, and this one to move myself to Nova Scotia for one month and make my dream a reality or give it up forever I deployed so fast it wasn't until I was on the road that I realized I had actually done it. I still didn't quite have it all organized but this beautiful house came to me the day before I left and my friend Liz Harris, my accountant, real estate agent and financial backer split the rental and provided gas money to get me here all the day before I left Toronto. So I dug in and started working the first day and have averaged around 10 hours a day for 17 days now. I truly wish I had a crew as I have done every aspect of this video myself which means it doesn't have the quality it would if I had more financing to hire professionals but you have to start somewhere.

So I will have the first "webisode" finished and uploaded to my Youtube channel today hopefully, just waiting for the web ad my son Jonn Ryane created for Liz and its done. So now I can breathe and start on the other webisodes which will be a lot easier than the first one which is about the part of my childhood that inspired me to journey back in time through my own DNA.

Wichi Tai To & Jim Pepper

I fell in love today with the late Jim Pepper. I usually do my work at home listening to In Tune With Spirit internet radio and was able to put in a request today. I had heard Wichi Tai To by Pete Wyoming Bender while I was listening in "The Empress" at the Meadview RV Park in Arizona. So I requested it today and while listening to it I googled it cause I get so fired up when I hear it. I remember it use to make me crazy back in the '70s but I had no idea where it came from.

For those of you like me who somehow missed this amazing artist, Jim Pepper was a Jazz saxaphone player (which is enough to get me turned on in the first place) who was of Creek and Kaw heritage. Most of his music was derived from songs and peyote chants he learned from his Grandfather and Elders. I found out that many boomers remember it as a camp song they chanted to bring on the thunder. Now I know why this song turns me on so much..its a water being chant! If you click on the title you will go to a blog page dedicated to Jim Pepper showing the items of his they placed in the Smithonian. I just heard from my extremely talented friend Wash-Cauh at Red Earth Art Photo Design that The Kaw in history books are the Kanza tribe and Kansas name sake. They are closely related to the Osage, Ponca, Otoe Missouria, Quapaw, Omaha, Winnebago, all part of the Siouan linguistic. Oh man what a day of inspiration..didn't get much work done but I had such a ride!

Jesus the Quantum child

When Oprah commented to Eckhart Tolle "you really love Jesus don't you?" he started listing all the things he discovered in Jesus sayings that suddenly made more sense to him since he had studied and now believed that he was not separate from anything in the universe. The Universal One of Walter Russell's teachings, the concept on non-separateness from the Buddhist and Native American teachings and all the metaphysical and alchemical teachings down through the years that have focused on the fact that there is one form of energy that flows through everything is all coming together by many spiritual teachers of our time.

I have been studying Dr. Fred Alan Wolf's books (explained extremely well by Dr. Wolf himself in these two links) Mind into Matter and Matter into Feeling every Tuesday at 4:30 pm est on On Eagles Wings which explains how quantum physics is our world and how we make it. As I explained in my blog Bee Season - Kabbalah and Quantum Physics Dr. Wolf breaks down the chapters into some of the letters of the Hebrew Alphabet. That has been an amazing education for me, the quantum depth of meaning each letter has as opposed to the English alphabet and how our language has so many words with so little meaning.

After I heard Mr. Tolle recalling Jesus words in the scriptures, the story of him getting thrown out of the temple by the priests at 12 because he was trying to teach them came back to me. I had this thought that he must have been trying to teach them the quantum physics of the Kabbalah as Dr. Wolf is sharing now. It felt so right to me as I have been studying the gnostic gospels, dead sea scrolls and the apocrypha etc for at least 35 years now it so made sense.

Today I was searching for information on Herod's illigitmate daughters as I was told many years ago that I was one in a previous life. Apparantly I was walking naked in the streets cause I was so angry at having been forced to marry someone I didn't love and treated like a whore when I ran into Jesus who looked me in the eye and told me I was prostituting my soul when I prostituted my body. I joined the group after that and stayed with the womens circle writing some of the stories that are now attributed to men.

Now I am not stating this is a truth or my truth or that I even had past lives. I have since learned so much about parallel worlds/lives and that the soul can split so you might be recalling another's experiences that it is all just an open space of quantum possibilities on my time loop. Regardless here I was (because of a doc on tv that inspired me in this direction) searching through the Herod stories and came across a few places that go into more depth regarding the rumour I had heard many times of who Jesus parents really were. I won't get into that right now but following that stream I found this. I got so excited when I read this because it was just as I saw it in my mind when I thought about Jesus teaching the Kabbalah as it came to the alphabet.

30 years ago my husband, Ken Cooper of Brimstone Productions, brought Boz Scaggs to Calgary for the Silk Degrees tour. I believe he opened for someone but I don't remember who. I found out that day that it was his birthday, June 8, so I grabbed my brown sugar jar and some fresh lilacs and a "Gemini" card and wrote him a Happy Birthday. I also thanked him for his music which will always be associated with my life in 1976 in White Rock B.C. where I converted my Toronto Disco Queen outfits and became a dancing hippie.

When he came out onstage he said it was a pleasure playing for an audience "as sweet as you"..I have always believed he meant that for me..well in my mind anyway.

His son died from a Heroin overdose on New Years Eve 1998. The worst pain they say, losing a child..I know what I went through when I had to give up my oldest son when he was 4 months old in high school, but I get to see him every now and again. Like Eric Clapton it had to have deepened his emotional response when it comes to his music. I saw that last night..there was more of a seriousness to his singing, more intensity and less flare..but then he has been in the music biz since he was 15 and is now about 65 and just had another birthday..hmm birthday to birthday.

Back in March I woke up at 4 am in the Arizona desert in my old '75 rv knowing I had to get to Itunes and download some Boz music ..I felt it was missing course I lost a lot when my windows laptop crashed and hadn't backed up all my music. Then I saw how you can check for tour dates and was sooo happy to see he was going to be at Casino Rama when I would be home to go so I purchased tickets right there. Last night I got to be "present" with him...felt like I was in his life because I was in his music..I never realized that connection with the musicians I love before. You really do connect with them the more you allow yourself to just be present.

Anyway It always gives me encouragement to see someone display excellence in their craft knowing that they got their confidence from not giving up their dream to creatively express themselves and just waited to see if anyone else would like to go on that journey with them. Thanks again Boz..hope I don't have to wait another 30 years to see you.

Me, The Now & My Cherokee Elder Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha

I have been so focused on the attainment of my goals that the fire burning within me was showing up on my face! Thats when I knew I had to stop....everything.

I had downloaded the Eckhart Tolle interviews with Oprah from I tunes so I forced myself to just sit listening to the interviews and focusing on the NOW.. a gift I gave myself..for two whole days. I had rented this little one room cabin on the lake last year when I had money from the sale of my house. I was able to close it up for winter, buy The Empress on credit and embarked on a journey by myself to Arizona. I returned in the spring to my little piece of paradise and began to focus on creating income, as I had long since run out of money and I had this annoying feeling I was running out of time.

I did it ...some video production, taught ballroom, ladies 70's disco queen fitness class, wedding couples First Dance, three bookkeeping clients, also worked out to lose what I gained on the trip (cause I am almost 56 now and have to work always on increasing my metabolism), sent out my documentary proposals to get co-producers and financing, re-packaged the promo videos I did for my friends and uploaded to my YouTube Channel, Myspace and Facebook pages, visualized the end result of my goals, caught every negative pattern and neuron-net I could and transformed it all in two months and then...I looked in the mirror I was on fire. My mind was very very busy all the time...as I went to sleep, during my dreams, and as I woke up and created my day. Here's Dr. Joe again telling how he Creates His Day.

All this was positive/forward focusing on the outcome kind of thinking ..it was just too much thinking. I had to slow down fast and get into the Now zone or I was headed for burnout again.

My Elder Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha had us study and listen to Dr. Joe Dispenza's interviews on Beyond The Ordinary on the brain, watched the Secret and What The Bleep many times over, and have been part of a study group called The Writer's Academy who have a weekly webcast Tuesdays on On Eagles Wings internet radio hosted by Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha. The two books we have been intently discussing are Dr. Fred Allen Wolf's Mind into Matter and Matter into Feeling on Quantum Physics or The New Alchemy. We are just finishing up the 2nd book. Here is Grandmother's interview with Dr. Fred Alan Wolf discussing Shamanism, the Qabala and how he was the inspiration behind the name On Eagles Wings.

I started my inner journey in Toronto when I was around 15 in high school. A friend introduced me to Edgar Cayce. I was raised a Catholic but this led me to The Dead Sea Scrolls, The Nag Hammadi Library, The gnostic gospels and the most fascinating of all the "Lost" Gospels of the Apocrypha. When I ran away from Toronto to White Rock B.C. I took off my false nails and eylashes, and my disco queen clothes and became a hippie. I dove into astrology and numerology. After moving to Calgary I took every self awareness course I could and studied my own past lives and regression with William David (Elias de Mohan).

Then I left Calgary packed up an old station wagon, my 8 year old son and everything we owned and came back to Toronto. This is an interesting picture for me as I hadn't looked at it for a long time. My son and I are saying goodbye to my ex-husband (his father), the guy I was dating and the guy I was in love with but was never in love with me...hmmm

A few weeks later I knew why. I had joined a mailing list looking for some spiritually like minded people and received a flyer for a workshop by Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha, she was opening up the teachings of her ancestors and her Grandmother of the T'saligi (Eastern Cherokee) traditions and old ways. As I held that flier in one hand and the phone in the other I new I had found my life's purpose although for another 20 years ..as she says ..I only had a toe in.

I went on hundreds of self development trainings with her including remote viewing, shield making, vision quests, medicine wheels, firewalking (so many I lost count), fasts, purifications, and intensives to some sacred places of Ela with the absolute best tour guide ever! Grandmother had us read The Holographic Universe and many books on Quantum Physics years ago to help us understand Shamanism or what the Ancients practiced as "Medicine". Still I would go back home and back into my mind, mass mind and my destructive patterns from my past. It has taken me all these years until, to Grandmother's extreme delight, all these things entered main stream society and what we were doing was now becoming commonplace to anyone who was, as Eckhart and Oprah call "Awakening".

Grandmother had been so supportive of my solo "roadtrip" across the U.S. She said I was crossing old barriers that I will never return to. Then I heard Eckhart tell Oprah that a journey (or vacation) that is not scripted or planned, brings into your life uncertainty where you have to think, survive and grow with every decision. Now I understand why my trip had such an affect on me. This is also what is known in Quantum Physics as "the uncertainty principle". I'm getting it...yea!

NOTE: I am compiling my notes on Quantum terminology for a future blog to demonstrate what I have learned as to how quantum physics/mechanics translates into the creation of our own matrix/reality.

Near the end of the episodes with Eckhart he starts talking about the return movement or our own old age, and the movement toward the light and our natural form, our spirit without the body. He talked about other cultures like the Native Americans appreciating and honoring old age as a knowing that you are on your return home. He started talking about how in ancient cultures old age is respected and the title of Grandmother is the embodiment of not only wisdom but as an Elder who carries the opening of the spirit for all to walk through. This is where this blog started to take shape as everything and everyone I have ever studied or studied with has always been there through this beautiful window called Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha and everything started to blend and harmonize. And now instead of fierce focus on the outside of me using my brain, I was truly using what's inside to create and not just thinking or focusing on it. It feels different.

At the end of the second day of being "still" ( a miracle according to my friends and family) I took a break and watched a documentary Stonehenge Decoded on the new discoveries at Stonehenge and Woodhenge and the revealing of the connection between them and the meaning behind their ancient solstice ceremonies. As I watched the reenactments of the people walking and carrying their dead along the river Avon from Stonehenge and the Eastern sunrise to the Woodhenge and the western sunset, I recalled how Grandmother has us greet the sun with our heads covered and as the sun reveals herself we reveal the tops of our heads as if born again in a new life and a new day. The archaeologists at Stonehenge have discovered that the ancient ceremonies were about honoring their ancestors and the ones that came before them. I have been setting out an offering of my meals to the ancestors (as is a tradition in most ancient cultures) before I eat Since Grandmother taught me to 20 years ago. This is just one of the many spiritual practices that she has taught us to include in our day so we are connected to the All That Is. Grandmother is currently on tour in Australia sponsored by the CFHD there, but is sometimes still able to be on the calls/program. In the meantime we are reviewing (can't do that enough) the book.

This must be the longest blog ever..but I felt I had to encompass 40 years of a journey to my own "Awakening". I have known about living in the "Now" and have a little card with the ancient language writing of the word NOW Grandmother gave us many many years ago. But it has taken me a long time to be able to allow it into my being. It really happened when I discovered that being in "The Now" is actually "Engaging the Observer" (Quantum Physics) so now I am able to continue pursuing my goals, while reprogramming my neuron-nets and be calm and still allowing the Observer or who we all really are to control my life..not my brain. This is very exciting!

I have been honored by request to become a director for On Eagles Wings and I feel as happy about it as Oprah does about her webcasts. We have been working with this format for many years now even back when we had it as a regular radio show in Cleveland and Toronto. We have just been infused with new technical, emotional and financial support, are updating and changing the site and are moving On Eagles Wings to video podcasting and skype casting and it is all very exciting. The 80's in Calgary

I loved my little hippie life in Calgary. I was married to my late ex-husband Ken Cooper of Brimstone Productions, and had my little rock and roll baby Jonn (Woody) who was conceived at the end of the Bat out of Hell tour and born during Dr. Hook. We separated when Jonn was 1 1/2 and I became a single mom as Ken was always on tour. I wrote columns for three local community papers and was a volunteer with Rogers Cable for 4 years. During that time I went to S.A.I.T.'s CTSR course and before I graduated as a TV Writer/Producer I was in the Control room at CBC as script assistant for the 11pm final. I arrived in Calgary from White Rock BC, having followed Ken there, when the boom was on..and left when it was over. I then followed the other famous Calgarians to Toronto where they all did extremely well. I had a lot of ups and downs creating businesses and careers while raising a son by myself..but he turned out pretty cool..a lot like his dad actually, still a hippie kid.

Anyway I had wonderful people and friends to work with in Calgary and found some of them on facebook and myspace. I just went through the old VHS they made for me at Rogers when I left to use as a resume tape but there was not a lot of audio on it. I threw this short video of clips together, didn't want to bore anyone but I just didn't want to lose it. This is where I fell in love with video. My first day as a volunteer host was when I had to interview Wayne, Ken, Alan Steve and Lanny..was a blast! Humble Howard agreed to do this ending for me and I had to stick it on here..here it is

I produced this little video for my friends the reenactors in 2006 on Canada Day. My girlfriend Gail Reilly is now working hard for her customers at her Historical Garment Retailors business including some uniforms for the Louisbourg Anniversary of the 1758 Seige where I hope to be recording the event for my documentary By Her Roots. The Lake Simcoe Squadron are gearing up for a number of summer events including Canada Day again in Orillia, Ontario. Next year they will be at the Halifax dockyards for the 250th anniversary of the founding of the Royal Navy Dockyard in Halifax in 1759.

I did not have the original source tape for this video anymore nor did i have it on one of my computers so I had to pull the files from the dvd I had made and convert them to av using Toast so I could import them into my Final Cut Express and then export back out as avi so I could upload to you tube. So considering all the compression, de-compression and re-compression..its not too bad.

The Buffalo in Yellowstone & Africa

So after I uploaded my video of the Buffalo in Oklahoma, I received a link to You Tube's Winner for best eyewitness video of the Water Buffalo, Lion and Crocodile fight over the calf called Battle at Kruger. I guess most of you have seen this, if not you really have to.. here it is. And today I received an email from NRDC (press release) regarding this winter's slaughter of the Buffalo in Yellowstone so I sent my protest in for sure especially after seeing how well they are looked after at Foss State Park. The Buffalo in Oklahoma

I am attempting to take the footage I was able to shoot on my winter Snowbird journey and edit it for this blog in small bits. I wasn't able to record as much as I wanted as I was by myself and the only driver etc. Can't wait to travel with a crew! I loved staying at State Parks whenever possible, so beautiful and affordable. I tried to pick ones that were not far off the freeways but had something special to offer. I stayed overnight at a quiet peaceful rv site in Foss State Park in Oklahoma on my way back from Arizona. I had missed seeing the Buffalo when I arrived as it was dark so I got permission to take my camera into the field with the Park Ranger in the morning. This was one of my most exciting video experiences. I have lost that wonderful ranger's name but he also put air in my tires and took very good care of me! This is a quick and dirty shoot and edit hope you enjoy it.

Getting Caught Up

I came back to my little one room cabin on the lake from my winter sojourn through the states and especially Arizona and started focusing on creating income immediately. I had sold a number of Ballroom classes while still in Arizona and created a new ladies dance workout routine (that came to me while running in the mornings through the desert) called Become a Dancing Queen. The women are all calling it the disco class and it has turned out extremely well with big classes. It really does release the endorphins as I said it would.

I also picked up a few bookkeeping clients and continued with my current ones. I have a dance video and have been asked to replace my friend and mentor Greg (who passed away suddenly see my blog saying goodbye to a friend) as camera for main stage at Mariposa this year (sooooo looking forward to Taj Mahal a big flashback to my 70's living in the Yorkville Village in Toronto. Now remembering going to see Neil Young at the Riverboat...hmm..the good ole days.

I have a ton of video to edit and upload to Youtube so I can download it back to my websites. I also am transferring some dvds of little videos I had done previously including some dance routines back to mini dv tape so I can upload and then download as well.

I spent most of the winter in my rv researching and writing my proposals on two documentaries I have been obsessed with and working on for 8 years. I now have three more I want to get down on paper. Just waiting for some production companies with far more experience than I to assist me with them. I cannot wait until I have a crew and can go back to just being a producer. In the meantime am keeping myself focused and diverted with patience on making some money.

I still have to change all the ads over on this site and blog and fix up my myspace page...

Anyway now that I covered the rent and visa bills for another month..will get it all done. I am really proud of the footage I shot in Oklahoma.....with the buffalo stampeding toward me!!....have my tickets for Boz Scaggs...and hoping one of these days I will actually have a datel.....later

This is Vince from Pennsylvania, one of the managers at the Meadview RV Park
which was my supportive, affordable and comfortable home for almost 3 months. Vince is a wonderful man, who used to give me rides into Meadview on his ATV so I wouldn't have to unhook the Empress.. so did my friend Carol (well not on an atv) who took such great care of me along with Patti and Mary who nursed me through a long cold. I already miss my Colorado River Runners Shuttle Service friends, great people to sleep sitting up with!

My friend Vince went through marine boot camp twice before he was of age to do so and did two and half tours of Vietnam and yet a very gentle man.. He cracked me up, turned the rv table into a desk, taught me prospecting and helped me look for the scorpion. I am glad I passed him on the road as I was leaving Meadview and got to wave goodbye as I had to get on the road sooner than I expected , I will never forget him.

After 5 days I finally made it to Illinois...barely. I am waiting out the storm at a truck stop, at least I got through Texas and Oklahoma before the tornadoes I just heard about this morning. The old Empress is an amazing vehicle, she just keeps going sometimes I think it is my own determination that is fueling her.

My plan was to alternate my stays at flying J's for at least two nights and then a state park or some place with historical significance for the trip back from Arizona as I was so busy on the way down (scouting out real estate for my Canadian friends) I didn't get to see much.

Just before I left Meadview RV Park I leaned into the hot water heater, lit it and then moved to replace the cover when I froze. There flat against the metal was a opaque brown leggy spider right where my forehead had just been...then "the observer" said "its a scorpion" but he did not strike me. I still had not looked up scorpions or mohave green snakes on the net yet but everyone said as soon as you see lizards everything is out. He scurried away and I never saw him again. When I left the desert was in full bloom and where it was brown was now fields of green with yellow and purple flowers everywhere People were sneezing from the blooming Joshua Trees.

I was anticipating my first overnight stay at the Homo lovi Ruins State Park with great excitement. It is (just heard thunder first time during this storm) an archaeological site of the Hopi Ancestors. The Navajo called them Anasazi meaning ancestors of our enemy. Well after my scorpion experience I had my work gloves ready and was wearing my high winter boots when I went into the visitor/ranger office. Opened the first door, walked through the alcove and in through the 2nd door into the museum/office..got all my stuff (audio tour headset) and looked at everything going back and forth across the threshold of 2nd door until i was ready to leave. Stepped into the alcove and heard the rattle ...there 2 feet in front of me was a Hopi Rattlesnake, arched up and rattling at me but not moving. The ranger got the door in front of me closed with his rake and then went outside to open the outside door...reached in and grabed him with his snake catcher..but during this time the snake and I were eye to eye and he poked out his tongue once at me.. I nodded to him in acknowledgment and gave him appreciation for revealing himself to me. The ranger said it was the first one of the season..but didn't say whether they ever had one inside like that as they have preventative doors. He let me take a picture but didn't have time to set my little mpeg cam so a little blurry. I went on to my day at the Homolovi sites where I was alone and in Heaven. I picked up ancient pottery shards like the others before me and laid them on the flat rocks feeling for a moment like I became my early childhood dream of becoming an archeaolgist. Bee Season - Kabbalah & Quantum Physics

In the movie Bee Season, Richard Gere tells his daughter (who is a spelling whiz) that words express primal energy and when you permute the letters it takes you "beyond yourself". I believe he was talking about "engaging the observer" and he was teaching her from the Kabbalah, showing her how God creates through words.

On his website Dr. Fred Alan Wolf explains "the observer": "In quantum physics the observer brings things into manifestation from the abstract world (Platonic) of ideals and possibilities into the world of actualities. The problem we have dealing with this is that the observer is not to be found in any single individual! Yet the observer is in all individuals at the same time."

The Sefer Yetzirah, the ancient Book of Formation provides the foundation-text for prophetic Kabbalah. "In a way, all the Sefer Yetzirah is doing is reading the book of Genesis very closely. While studying quantum physics from the Dr. Fred Alan Wolf's books Mind into Matter and Matter into Feeling with the folks on the On Eagles Wings web-cast, Bee Season was brought to my attention and I am so happy it was. I had never rented it as I thought it was just about a spelling bee. I know quantum physics is the scientific explanation for Shamanism and now I am learning how it is the scientific explanation for the Kabbalah as well. My attempt here is to clarify and simplify what I have learned to the best of my ability.

Dr. Wolf has headed all 9 chapters of both books with the 9 letter/symbols of the Hebrew alphabet or aleph-bayt.

The Mind Into Matter Chapters are: Aleph, bayt, ghimel, dallet, hay, vav, zayn, hhayt and tayt.
In this first book the letters/symbols/numbers are dealing with the archetypes spirit represented by Aleph through Structure represented by Tayt. Each chapter then goes into the quantum world of creation or The New Alchemy.

In Matter into Feeling he now focuses on their development or as he says "their transformation from seeds into young sprouts". This is accomplished by multiplying each letter/symbol by ten. These chapters are now: Aleph to Yod 1-10 (island-the movement to self-identity), bayt to khaf 2-20 (birth-the movement from dream to reality), ghimel to lammed 3-30 (wave-the movement from wave to feeling), dallet to mem 4-40 (blood-the movement of the trickster), hay to noon 5-50 (curve of life-the movement toward balance), vav to sammekh 6-60 (menses-the movement of sexual energy), zayn to ayn 7-70 (observation-the movement of the universe), hhayt to phay 8-80 (purity-the movement from self to soul), and tat to tsadde 9-90 (structure of love-the movement of life).

In Bee Season the whole family was, each in their own way, reaching for Nirvana but his daughter actually reached it by opening herself up to the words and their meaning. In Mind into Matter Dr. Wolf deals with the resistance we must go through to manifest our dreams while dodging the minefield of our patterns, addictions and engrams in our neuron-nets. In Matter into Feeling we learn that feeling stuck is only a phase and that we can transform ourselves and get closer to that place called Nirvana and be much better assistants to God in this world of Creation.

With all the momentum the Green Party of Canada is gaining and all the voters (including some major NDP players) who are switching over, the Canadian Press are still not letting them in on the debates. What are they afraid of?

Regardless of who you support and vote for or if you are a staunch non-voter, it is clearly not only unfair to the hundreds of thousands of green party members and supporters, but to anyone who at least wants more information! The "journalists" should be ashamed of themselves as this has gone on way too long and who do they think they are denying our right to have another opinion that obviously has merit and legs.

If you are (as I used to be) a "strategic" voter voting for the "lesser of two evils" read this on why voting Green is not a wasted vote it is enlightening on what power and resources you are giving your lesser of two evils...and who you are taking it away from.

Here is a link to a petition to the Canadian journalists to finally let Elizabeth May in on the debates. It only takes a second to fill out..and this would make the debate worth watching for sure just to see them all try to keep up with her!

Leonardo DiCaprio - A man of Excellence

My son and I have loved Leonardo DiCaprio, for his acting depth since

I raised my son Jonn Ryane by myself and even now that he is 28 we still have basically the same taste when it comes to excellence in the media arts. Perhaps it was being raised by a hippie mom and part time hippie dad who was a music promoter. Wearing baby tour shirts made especially for him, he was conceived at the end of the Bat Out Of Hell tour and born during Dr. Hook. After his dad and I split when he was 1 1/2 we were glued at the hip until he was 13 when it all changed and he wouldn't even walk down the street with me. I believe it has to do with that coming of age time that is part of every culture on earth. In aboriginal cultures it is celebrated, here we just ignore it.. but truth is our boys find it uncomfortable being so close to their mother's when they are going through puberty and pull away.

My son and I have a tradition, we try to go to a movie we both really want to see on Christmas Day. As hippies we were never materially oriented or into the commercialism of Christmas so it was perfect for us. I missed that this year as I am in Arizona and he is working his ass off in Toronto with his start up Internet Commercials biz VIDEO DISTRICT. But a few years ago he spent Christmas with me in Orillia, Ontario and we went to see THE AVIATOR and loved it so much.

I am watching THE DEPARTED again and only for Leo (and a little Jack) and his intensity. Intensity that he has always had it seems.

Now that this still young man has mastered his craft and he is able to maintain a level of excellence in his acting career as well as turn his intensity and passion to something he believes in personally, the saving of our Mother Earth for the generations that follow, I am even more in awe of him. When you see him here talking about his documentary The 11th Hour he looks so sweet it is hard to see the depths of his intensity but you feel it.

I am studying one of The Secret's recommended courses "Acting For Real" in learning how to write your own script for your own life, star in it and direct it. In quantum physics it is maintaining control over your matrix or creating what you want in your world by focusing on it. When you act out the character you want to become in your life you become it. It has given me some insight into what actors must go through in their heads when they embed the characters they play into their neural-nets. Some, like I believe Leo, can embrace it, control it, handle it and direct it where he wants it to go. That takes a lot of work and concentration and I applaud his efforts and all those who have succeeded at focus, determination , success and excellence in their lives they are an inspiration to me.

Prescriptions, Movie Stars & Our Children

I've been thinking about writing this article for a few weeks now. And then yesterday I heard the news of the Illinois Campus shooting so I had to write it.

A few weeks before Heath Ledger's death I was in Hollywood on a video shoot. I met up with some friends who wanted me to take the Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) tour with them. For those of you (and I was among you) who hadn't heard of this organization, the CCHR was started in 1969 by The Church of Scientology. Now before you either dig in or turn away from that controversial subject let me just say that it was an extremely enlightening and frightening exhibit that left a very strong impression on me.

We walked from room to room viewing documentaries on the history of the alliance between the pharmaceutical companies and the psychiatric profession. Each room was designed like a set (this was Hollywood) starting with the lobotomies, shock treatments and torture they performed on orphans, the poor and sick. There were hidden camera sessions showing how anyone can walk into a psychiatrist office, say they are depressed and can't sleep and get a prescription for sometimes 3 medications. These are prescribed without any tests at all because there are no tests.

Then the documentary that alarmed me the most. We sat in little school desks. Then came the statistics of how many of our children are being "diagnosed" with "mental health" issues. They are quickly put on SSRIs, or selective serotonin re uptake inhibitors and what are now commonly called Chemical Babysitters, Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Ritalin and a host of others. It stated that the psychiatric community has a goal ..to get as many children diagnosed and on these "medications" as they can. They also stated some alarming facts about the number of high school shootings committed by young men on or having just come off of these "prescribed" drugs which is now just coming to light.

I started thinking about my friends, family members and children I have taught and the horror stories they have with these anti-depressant drugs. So I started doing my own research and found that many people are now seeing the connection between all these suicides, deaths and killings and these drugs. If we were all taught to deal with our childhood traumas and programs we bought into that make us crazy we wouldn't need any drugs.

The family of the late Phil Hartman are suing Pfizer and claiming his wife was on Zoloft when she killed him and herself. Kurt Cobain overdosed on Rohypnol in March of 1994 a month before he shot and killed himself. Stevie Nicks said her 8 year addiction to Klonopin made her crazier than her cocaine addiction. Anna Nicole Smith and her son both died from prescription drug cocktails. And now we are getting a clearer picture of Brittany Spears bizarre behavior, prescription drugs again.

This is a very scary epidemic but not exclusive to movie stars, its as easy for anyone to get the same drugs as it is for the rich and famous, thats the point and the goal and one they hope we will not wake up to.

Saying Goodbye to a Friend

We have all lost someone who meant something to us and it really makes us think why they were so important in our lives. My friend and mentor Greg Allen of Orillia, Ontario Canada passed away in his sleep while on holiday in the Dominican Republic. It sucks big time for the rest of us, especially his family, but way to go Greg..no suffering. Justin at DARE 2 PRODUCTIONS put this slide show together for him for the funeral so glad he shared it cause I am so far away.

Anyway I found a way to do something from Arizona. You can now post condolences online on an obit so i got it started and it is amazing to see how everyone says he was their "best" friend. He mentored as a community cable volunteer producer at Rogers and Trillium for years and he instilled a love of video production in thousands. Greg "got me" not too many people do. I was always blown away when he looked me in the eye and very strongly said how proud he was of me cause I didn't give up. It meant a lot when most thought I was crazy.

So I see now in people's responses at not only how much fun he was to be with but his biggest strength was also his biggest weakness, he didn't know how to charge for his advice and support he just did it automatically. We worked on each other's projects, so we would sit for like an hour working out how we would charge each other cause we were both broke from doing what we loved to do and forgetting to charge. And as always at the end of our lives its not the money that counts, its how we touched people that is what is remembered. His greatest gift to all who knew him was the sharing of his wisdom. There isn't a day goes by that I don't say thank God Greg taught me how to do this. So now the cord has been cut and I am on my own...but I will still make him proud as I will go on and I will take what he gave me and do something with it and at the same time I will share my wisdom with others so his fire is never snuffed out. No more video calls on skype..miss you so much.

The Observer Effect - Quantum Physics Meat & Potatoes Style

This is one of the principles of quantum physics and it is called the "observer effect". I have been studying Dr. Fred Alan Wolf's books "Mind into Matter" and "Matter into Feeling" with the Center for Human Development's Speakers Team on On Eagles Wings webcast radio every Tuesday (4:30 est) for almost a year . We go over every line and journal on all of it until we get it. I am still working with this but I think it is time to share what I have learned and if anyone disagrees please make a comment, I would welcome it. I have also been studying Native American Spirituality with Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha for 20 years now, 10 of those she has been getting us to dig into Quantum Physics as we believe it is the scientific explanation for Shamanism (Dr. Wolf agrees with her).

So here is what I got from last Tuesdays call with Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha and again this is my truth stemming from what I "perceived". I am not going into the quantum mechanics of it, I will let Dr. Wolf and the rest handle that I am just putting it into a "meat and potatoes" style for practical application.

Nothing is created without it first having been a thought, so everything "out there" comes from "in here" or is tied to the mind. This is explained very well in the movie The Secret (watch free online) although it focuses on just one quantum principle the "law of attraction" or what we think we attract. In fact it is what we think, therefore what we "see" that we create. This is what is meant by us being Co-Creators with God.

There are so many possibilities to every outcome it is only by our choice, our perception or how we "see" a situation as to what that outcome will be. There are many players in this world and those who have a stronger "intent" regarding a certain experience will win out over those who have a doubt in their mind. So if you want a positive outcome for yourself you have to become obsessed with that outcome. Journal on it, visualize it, write it into your own personal life script and believe that because you "thought it" it has already happened, in the future on its own time loop. Like the secret says don't worry about the how because when the molecules are mixing it up and forming in this 3rd dimension there is always the possibility of a different outcome if you "change your mind" so just be patient and move forward with that goal/outcome, put action behind it and believe it.

We now move from the brain to the spirit, the "Observer", the one we should be listening to all the time. It's that voice inside the one who is trying to teach us. The movie What The Bleep presents this better than I can (you should watch it if only for the wedding scene, which is hysterical) Unfortunately our brains have been programmed (for more information watch this series of videos from Quantum Factor with Dr. Joe Dispenza on google), and we have some very unhealthy automatic response patterns to certain situations. It happens so fast you end up saying "how could i have been so stupid" and "what was i thinking". Bingo! We were not thinking. We were making unconsciousness choices on what to "look for". The Scientologists call them "engrams", I think it is like little movies or scenes during times of trauma that get burned into our memories, forming neurons into a strong pattern that reacts every time you get into a similar situation. I believe that is what their "auditing" program is about, to clear you of that old programming so you can actually respond to life from your true authentic self.

Its like you can be so smart in many areas of your life but in this one particular situation, every time it comes up, and it keeps cycling back...you handle it badly. We make bad choices because we were not paying close enough attention to the situation. What was going on? Who was directing this scene? What were the other players intentions and what pattern from the past are we responding from? When we make a bad choice many people, myself included, actually feel themselves as if they are outside of the body watching this stupid thing that we are doing as if detached. Its because the Observer does not want any part of it. The only thing you can do then is to go over it again and again and analyze it literally to death. That way each time you figure out another piece of the puzzle as to why you would do such a thing you are actually taking a different perspective therefore "seeing" it differently therefore, creating a new memory, changing it and your future. Otherwise you are doomed to repeat it unless you clear yourself of it.

Dr. Wolf says memories are created by repetition so we have to choose a new "role" in that scene and work it, practice it, write it out, visualize doing it right then the new memories will take over next time the situation "arises". The old response patterns will vanish but will still be there as memories. So when we start to focus our attention on everything that is being created around us, by ourselves and by others, we can catch ourselves and stop the destructive patterns earlier. There is always a choice. If we can spend more time with ourselves in quiet meditation and "engage the observer" that is talk to that "higher self" we will be in closer contact with our true selves, our spirits and stop sabotaging our efforts.

We have to keep reminding ourselves that we are spiritual beings in a human body and that we can control our brains/thoughts and therefore our world and that will change the world around us because we saw it.

I Get It..I Get It. Here I go again.

I screwed up big time!! It cost me big time but could have been worse!! Man just blasted Pavrotti's Nessum Dorma...took me away for a bit ..did he know how to release endorphins..his and ours..man he was tops!! here he is
I'm back.....I couldn't sleep that night was scared to death and pissed off at myself as I saw something inside me so distasteful. I also knew it was something I needed to see as it was holding me back from my success and I better figure it out, move on and quit wallowing in it. A guardian appeared, a guy parked next to me all night with his dog and said they would watch over me. I knew exactly what happened almost as it was happening as I flashbacked to the past and last time it happened. I was conned out of my visa money at an atm at a truck stop and never thought for a moment that they were being deceitful. I have been conned many times before so I journaled and journaled my way clear. It took until i got back to my rv site next day where I blasted my music, had some cheap red wine and sat in the sun with the umbrella to cut out the chilly wind. Then my friend Mary came over with her bloody Mary..and we laughed and I cried..and I figured it out. Then I received Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha's blog through my subscription http://www.myspace.com/pa_ris_ha When you simply do a
"re-take" from the experience of a"mis-take"the outcome is wisdom. I also knew I had to read my astrological transits from my progressive chart that I bought myself two birthdays ago that told me about this but I didn't know how intense and deep it would go....and man... I got finally put the pieces together on this gullible side to me that is so alarming here's the jist:

Through pleasing others, looking for reassurances, loss, hurt and disappointment, doing giveaway instead of protecting myself and struggling against limitations, and frustrations I am discovering new reserves of strength and tenacity. A determination to "turn it around" is indeed developing from a feeling of being conspired against. Its like" tempering steel" and I "will hold on to every bit of ground gained". Even though I am "taking a bit of a pounding" I am becoming better able to make "my own way in life." Now my strength and determination are in service to whom I really am not how others from my past expected me to be. I am weeding out and battling on and getting in touch with my strengths and limitations on a much deeper level. This is a time of deep inner change.. patterns from my family background are slipping away. I am discovering new emotional resources and a capacity for survival that depends on my own strength and power. How do I present myself to others...I do not like what I see and it made me sick..and I have seen it before...I am now determined to develop strength to stand my ground no matter what and know who I am ...its all about this trip and me becoming completely independent, braver and stronger in the process...I just have to survive it!!

Harrison, Clapton and Patti Boyd

Well this is a little bit off my usual enlightened (ahem) blogging but I got off on this story and was completely pulled into the drama. I guess I wasn't interested enough before to dig into this story when I started hearing about Eric Clapton's autobiography and how honest he was..and then at the same time Patti Boyd came out with hers. I had just finished getting dressed for real...like had my trucker's bath as they still don't have the part for the hot water heater in the rv...so boiling water as too cold for cold shower...and actually got out of the sweats and put on a skirt and makeup...hoping i was driving into town to get the water heater fixed...and would pretend it was more exciting than it was.. and then found out it still wasn't in. So today was the day I was hooking up all my video/editing equipment and getting on with all the little editing jobs I wanted to complete and then I hit on this story..don't even remember how.

My quantum physics teachings tell me we create what we think...and that there are zillions of possibilities and timelines open to us...we just have to make a decision and a plan and stick to it so we end up with the outcome we want and not get sidetracked into other players dramas. Also that we are working out a continuing story from our parents and ancestors.

So (briefly) here I am drawn in by the beautiful Patti Boyd who was the inspiration for "Something" by her husband George Harrison...and Layla, Bell Bottom Jeans and the Way you look Tonight by Eric Clapton who finally wore her down with his obsession with her and she married him. According to Patti ..who admits she was no saint ....it was George and Eric's affairs with other women that mostly led to the breakdown of both marriages. Of course they were all stoned out their minds during this time so were not making the best choices....but I remember my friend Denise telling me one time...that you could be the most beautiful woman in the world..and we were talking at the time about Halle Berry being cheated on again by her 2nd husband...and you have to know it has nothing to do with you....it seems to be an inherent weakness in men...no self control or our system of marriage and commitment that you state a vow one time and it is supposed to last you the rest of your life.

I think the Cherokee have it right...A one year Coming together ceremony with an optional yearly renewal....most people can keep from passing that line into betrayal for at least a year. Should be mandatory..anyway this all I guess came back to me again to "see" even the most beautiful and loved women in the world get screwed around on. Man!! Eric Clapton's "I'm sorry" just came on!! ....feels like he is talking to me...I use this song to teach merengue to...hmmm. It seems to be the connection we crave whether its a good one or not. Patti talked about how Eric was so strung out on heroin cause he couldn't have her that George had him come to New York for the concert for Bangaladesh and had to get the most pure heroin for him...cause he snorted it...just to get him to stand up on stage and play the concert. So I had to find it on youtube ...he was so amazing. They stayed best buds during all this over Patti in fact they had a drunken guitar duel in front of her ...Eric won of course and that was it......men do this i know...why break up a friendship over a woman? How do they do that? It's a good thing really as they can get past stuff and maybe its because they don't give in to their emotions ??

Oh and then on Matt Lauer he talked about when he found out at nine...that his sister was his mother and his parents were his grandparents. Then recently found out that his father was his 15 year old mother's one night stand with a Canadian soldier who turned out to be a piano player and singer who wandered from bar to bar...and women...(thus the song My Father's Eyes). This was probably old news to you guys but I hadn't put it all together in a storyline before and in light of my recent revelation that my lack of confidence pattern was mostly due to the many times I had been cheated on...well...its still releasing ...and seeing how we can really create and re-create our dramas/storylines/scripts. Here is George and his buddy Eric excellent as always.

Endorphins ....A Quick Fix

Ok so i slept right through the night for first time since 2007...i still have coughing fits but generally i feel sooooo much better..as i go back to my "i am in control of my life because what i think i create according to quantum physics rules" then another rv issue arises....i am not even going into the frozen turd issue as I will spare you those details..then the burst water pipe..and since i still have to go into kingman for the part to complete the water heater repair issue...now i can't even turn on the pump to boil some water to have a bath..

i said F.... This!!!!!! i am in control of my reality@!!! Being sick really turns you into being a victim...i said i am getting this fixed..and not waiting two days until i drive into kingman to get the other repair complete... and i asked the owner of the rv park and he came and fixed it!! I am clean...my hair is clean...i blasted my kenny loggins, eagles, jimmy buffett feel good playlist and drank my $2.00 Wal-mart wine and let the endorphins flow!@!!!!!!!! kicking in the endorphins is a quick fix... earlier my friend Mary came to me and said the reason we are all sick at this rv camp is cause we have Desert or Valley fever ..which is respitory and from spores in the land...and archeologists and construction workers get it and these guys are all out prospecting for gold every day....so mary and i looked on the internet and said we are not buying into this we just have colds...then i heated up some water blasted up my music as the sun was going down...and let the endorphins fly....so now i am back in control of my life..and am back on track....

I have re-surfaced

Well .. a couple of hours after I wrote that last blog and released that demon..i got sick...for all the years I have been studying metaphysics I know that after you release some old negative pattern you get a "cold" as all that negative crap stores in the body as mucus. Well almost 40 years of bad relationships man did i have a lot of crap. I was sick in Kingman and then came to Meadview to an rv park in the desert and have hardly left my rv...the women here have been making me home made soup...today i actually have a voice and feel like its starting to break...13 days...man.. found this on a guys site http://www.spiritofra.com/Numbers_1.htm ..his theory on the numerology of illness words:

No More Cloudy Days-Eagles Video

I picked up the new Eagles CD in Arkansas and this song moved me to tears everytime I heard it, through forests, deserts, mountains and traffic. Because I have been re-introduced to some Scientology techniques to clear away old programs or engrams combined with what I have learned from the book Eat that Frog which is making me look at what specific thing has held me back so many years from my success in my business and the profound effect this song has on me I believe I have hit on it. So sharing with you now...look away if its too personal..I know now that my lack of confidence is one of the main things that has held me back no matter how hard I worked for my own success and I had always attributed it to my childhood experiences so I have been working through that stuff for like 30 years...and felt pretty clear about all that but Eat That Frog made me realize that it is still a lack of confidence that was my yoke. Around Christmas , a couple of nights before I was going to Hollywood and still at the rv park in Vegas, I awoke from a dream that the man I was in love with and was in love with me was with someone else right in front of my eyes...and ever since my Arizona vision quest in June my "seeing" abilities have increased (which is why i think i know where I have to go to stay on course) to the point that I pretty much wake up from a dream in which i am already analyzing it like almost every day..very profound mornings in the old Empress. Anyway I immediately started recalling all my serious relationships and very quickly saw that I was cheated on in everyone of them ...not that I didn't know this already but I knew instantly that it was a direct link to my lack of confidence. I knew I had given my power away in those relationships and that it took 5-10 years in between each one of them to recover and get back into business and back on to my own personal path. But it was sooooo clear that my Self Confidence was majorly impacted every time it happened.. sounds so simple but I hadn't seen it so clearly. Anyway the point is this song has really pushed it all to the top I think...and I posted a comment on Youtube thanking Mr. Frey for writing it not trying to bring anyone down really I am happy about this...I just wanted to share how I am processing stuff happening on this journey and preparing myself for even more gifts!!

New Year's Day in Kingman

I haven't blogged for awhile because so much happened I needed time to process it all. I want to share everything of this journey as I have so many people checking in on me through this journal but it was a very fast pace as I believe I was right on target ..which means I was right where I was supposed to be when my goals materialized...my timing was right on and that's because I resisted the temptation to get sidetracked. Now I am in Kingman which always was my final destination and I am relaxing a bit in a beautiful empty house with my little electric heater and my briefcase, laptop, folding chairs and blanket..and the knot in my back and shoulders from the drive to L.A. and back out again is going away...so nice to be parked for awhile. On my New Year's Eve I watched ELIZABETHTOWN by Cameron Crowe and produced by Tom Cruise/Wagner..and at the end he did a road trip and some of the same roads I took..only he stopped I was on a mission...

Downside of this pace and rv living is I tend to turn to jelly...when I am parked for like a week i get back to my morning workouts and everything starts to suck itself in...but man at my age it goes back fast. So worked out this morning and am sitting making new goals, checking off the old ones (even route 66 as it is a prominent feature of Kingman), and creating the action plans for the new ones...this is what got me here so this process worked for me. I am loving my life more and more and appreciating myself for making it happen and pushing through my own resistances. I feel like I have left an old life behind and am now where I wanted to be so now I really have to focus cause everything just moved up a notch right across the board!

Read a romantic story this morning that Clark Gable and Carole Lombard were married here in Kingman (hiding out from press) and then ended up at the Oatman hotel (ghost town attraction now) for their wedding night and came back frequently as they had so many good memories. So I-40 is what replaced route 66 in 1952...year of my birth so thats why I am always so close to it..and I had wanted to travel on it when I was planning this trip.

It has taken me 4 hours to get from Vegas to Barstow...could not believe the traffic on a highway through the desert! Uphill all the way...I think the wind is around 70 miles an hour...holdin on man..and sometimes we were doing 20 and sometimes 10 miles and hour..and sometimes stopped all together. holy cow... anyway taking a break in Barstow at flying j where i have internet card...having my lunch gas and oil and on to the last 100 miles to L.A. ..

Journeyman, Vegas, yellow tail, corn chips and quantum physics

My favorite network series is Journeyman (click on title for the link). It is a quantum physics storyline (think new version of Quantum Leap) with romantic and profound layers and I love every single one. I love Heroes, Lost and Life and thats about it for network televison for me (except of course for the young and the restless who i admit shamelessly has had me hooked since grade school i think).

I have been in Vegas now for ...I don't even know how many days now..and the only places I have been outside of my rv....is some houses in the real estate market, the rv repair shop, the wal-mart across the street and the beautiful waterfall show at the little casino here that my "born-again Christian" rv neighbor took me to on his dinner comp...I am not even going to go into that one except to say he really assisted me in "engaging the actress" in me who has so much confidence in her own beliefs and the voice within who kept asking me "what would Grandmother do"..I took on the challenge instead of wishing it would go away.

I Have expressed the desire to one day become a "mini me Elder" and shying away from someone who aggressively tries to convert someone to their side would not be what my Elder would do. So because I am still working on clearing my "engrams" (Scientology) or re-wiring my old neuro-nets or past negative patterns (What The Bleep http://www.whatthebleep.com/ , Dr. Joe Dispensa http://www.drjoedispenza.com/), and the actual scientific explanation of how we create every single thing in our lives by Dr. Fred Allen Wolf's books Mind into Matter and Matter into Feeling http://www.fredalanwolf.com/ and my new ongoing study "Acting for Real http://wealthvibes.blogspot.com/2007/10/acting-for-real.html
I stood firm ..and continued my medicine.. I prayed over every plate of food from the buffet even though he could not belive I would thank the food for its giveaway and confirm that I would transform the energy and put it to good use, or that Mary Magdelene was not a whore. and I made these comments with gentleness and convicition and was surprised by the obvious "taken aback" stance..so I saw how to stand in the light and not be afraid ....

Anyway of course I get my favorite Yellow Tail wine here for like $4.79 !!! in Canada its $11.99... soooo unfair.. but it does help me blog!!!

Courage

I have received many words of encouragement and comments on my courage and I want to respond with these thoughts. I believe courage comes from what you believe in. Its your faith. Faith in what you believe in. I believe that Quantum Physics is the scientific explanation for shamanism. I believe in the Law of Attraction (The Secret). I believe in "Creating My Day" (Dr. Joe from the Secret) every day. I have seen too many interviews of successful celebrities where they state that they never doubted they would be successful and never gave up no matter what. I have studied with my Elder Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha for 20 years now and have walked and danced on hot coals during firewalks so many times I have lost count. As more and more personal development leaders and corporate heads use firewalking to teach mind and matter more people are discovering its what you think that gives you courage. So when I was finished the foreclosure auction and on way up north to a KOA I ran into Jim (an rv'r) a retired fireman from Alaska at a mall. He directed me to an rv resort right in the city www.desertsedgerv.com then lent me an extension cord for the power. This place has been amazing and I don't know what I would have done without Bob and Larry the maintenance guys. They hooked up my sewer and fixed up my propane tanks and hooked up the charger to keep my battery going..and so much more advice. This place has been here for 30 years and the monthly (mostly seasonal workers I believe) rv'rs all tell me how much they love it. Its because it is convenient i think...has gym, hot tub, pool, dog walk, all the usual but you can drive anywhere to get your stuff. And Les lent me a heater so i wouldn't have to use up my propane and gave me a welcome gift and I have only been here a few days...Anyway I got my Rv education here and gave me a chance to get focused again on my website and my writing so thanks Desert's Edge I appreciate your great service.

By The Time I Got To Phoenix

I already had an investment realtor (transported Canadian in fact our father's were both born in small town of Hudson's Bay Sask!!) and a mortgage broker who works with other Canadians buying in Arizona. I was staying at the Flying J in Phoenix the first night here and they picked me up next morning and took me to a foreclosure auction...that got me into the phoenix real estate fast lane. They were so generous ..I learned so much saw 150 homes sell in just over 3 hours..that was exciting..most of these forclosures here are from investors who overbought when it was hot to as Phoenix has 500 people moving here a day ...mostly from California...so it is a happening city especially for Snowbirds and Canadians looking to buy. By Monday I was all over town looking at properties for my partners and I found one...

In the middle of all this the Old Empress had some issues.. like i ran out of propane so no heat, had old pre regulation tank with stripped nuts or something, old tubes, still taking dishwater out to dump it as still had leak under sink, still peeing in a bucket as not using my bathroom and didn't have sewer hose and hookups.. then lights went out cause the converter for 2nd battery which switches my power over to ac when on land power doesn't work and didn't know that until i was in one place for longer than a day..and they don't make them anymore ..so had to get a battery charger to keep 2nd battery going and lights on. So I have been sooo busy I was too tired to blog!! but I am parked now and not moving for few days so appreciate those of you who were checking in on me..thanks Kari..

I'm in Arizona...Benson actually..where you turn off to go to tombstone 24 miles away...was such a temptation but Iching said danger..and just as i rolled into the koa i started smelling more gas than usual ...again..and when i re-started engine heard the air sound so the problem with choke that was fixed in Abilene is back..and i didn't see a place for gas before i got here..so stopped i am...and guess what my site is #8 (the money sign) Hopi Rd!!! ok i will stay here and love it..dark tho can't see anything...anyway i will deal with rv tomorrow as am off to phoenix and have to get through Tuscon (usually bit of a challenge in this rig going through big town). My friend Kari posted a comment to my blog so would love it if anyone else is reading these to post comments and let me hear from you..would love the company. Kari did the Camino walk recently and kept me on edge of my seat as she sent emails of her trek whenever she could find lodging and internet. Also she lived on tuna too!! Wado tuna people appreciate you..tuna with canned peas, low fat peanut butter, whole grain melba toast, popcorn and chai tea...thats my diet and although I am turning to jelly since i left cleveland and my morning runs and weight training...i havn't really gained any inches..so thats good. Well will be parked somewhere in phoenix for awhile now...just got to get the empress over this last hump maybe find a mechanic in the morning..will focus on it tonight ...anyone else focusing on me getting engine looked at in the morning and fixed would be greatly appreciated!!

So my mom just told me that A man whose daughter I taught dancing too like 30 years ago just ran into her, after all these years near her studio in Toronto. He said guess where i just came from? The premiere of a new documentary on Johnny Lombardi of CHIN radio and your daughter Adelle (used to be my name before I changed it in the 70's) was in it when she won the first Miss Chin Bikini (miss mini bikini then)!! That was in 1968 ..almost 40 years ago..arghh.

Anyway I am attempting to get information from them as to a clip or producer's contact to see if i can get it up on my site here. CHIN radio actually purchased a number of our packaged interviews on our old "ON EAGLES WINGS" radio program that included interviews between Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha and people like LYNN ANDREWS. Anyway...kind of cool..

So i have been driving like 9 hours a day and cause i have to stop so often for gas it takes longer and cost more to get anywhere...but it's all good! Especially cause flying j has such good service..just had a shower and did my laundry had great sleep working on my biz and website on internet...about to get gas and get going so i can be online again for the www.on-eagle-wings.net radio webcast at 2:30 mst 4:30 est.....thanks Joshua for your wonderful service this morning!!

Pecan Forest, Deer, Abilene & Buffalo Gap

So i figured 8 miles off the highway to be sleeping in a state park for 13 with shower etc was worth the extra gas but it turned out a long winding backroads route and i was out of gas panicking and cursing myself then shifting that and focusing on a good end result and then right around the corner was a main road and store and a guy who pointed me to the little convenience store down the road with a gas pump and said the park was right past it. Meanduring down the road all of a sudden i was in Buffalo Gap ..360 people and tiny streets and the coolest old western town homes with a historic village!! Three little old fashioned gas pumps and Mr. Stewart's store that was handed down through his family..and so much history..it was getting dark so I said i would come back tomorrow with my camera and interview him and get some shots. But the truck wouldn't start and something else was wrong with it. I was like one of 3 people in the whole state park i think..so thought they would come kick me out and would see that I couldn't get started but they didn't want to rush me so i had to call them with my cell phone . The women in the office were so wonderful and Bobbie the maintenance guy showed me how to light my hot water heater ...never used it before. And Cody had to come rescue me and get the choke opened or something.

Anyway when i first got there was almost dark so could hardly see..but did see deer everywhere...all over...and on either side of the Empress. Then a heron flew over head. This morning i opened my curtains in the cab so i could watch the show in the woods and i heard a beeping sound ..it was a cardinal on my side view mirror poking at himself in the mirror and trying to get int the rv. they were all around me...i saw it as a sign of prosperity..and later when truck wouldn't start one was sitting in the tree opposite me watching me the whole time...felt like it was someone else. And focusing on the end result so i would get it fixed, quickly and improve the gas guzzling situation ..after many calls from the park office and assistance by the women there i ended up with Mike of b-l automotive...50 years as a mechanic and once was the head mechanic at Dodge..my rv is a Dodge. he screwed around with the wires etc and then it started running better already..but apparantly i have a bad cylander that isn't firing well and the wrong choke on it...but it is idling better now so won't have the problems starting it anymore..Thank you all in the Abilene area for all your hospitality and assistance. Its off to El Paso tomorrow and then will be in New Mexico...and then Arizona

The Eagle's and Summer Clothes

So was so hot in Arkansas I had to change into summer clothes!! Loaded eagles up on laptop put it and my stereo computer speakers in front seat with me and cruised to the new double cd ...needed travelling music it is fabulous!!! Ran into a couple from Memphis at a gas station. Mr & Mrs Dickey are the most wonderful people and saved my butt a few times! I gave them twist ties and they gave me hot water for tea (truckers don't drink tea i guess can't get any or hot water at truck stops) and helped me put oil in the truck..i was only down a quart all the way from Canada and this was Arkadelphia Arkansas..so far the empress is doing great and i am giving her the plus gas now....she seems to like it...thanks Larry!! they have D&S Gin Supply, Inc.. no not the booze..lol they repair cotton gins! some of you know i wear 90% natural fabrics whenever i can and mostly cotton so giving them a plug ...just in case.. they also gave me $20 for my trip...20 in my circle represents family...it touched me so much..then they had me follow them to Texarkana and to the Koa so i got there ok...they are beautiful people glad to have met them.. will visit on way back in the spring..

Drove right through Tennessee

Took about 7 hours but interestingly enough..the Empress likes classic rock and the only good station in C&W was a classic rock station was fabulous..and i was doing 70...the speed limit...so got past Nashville then late at night hit Memphis...and the traffic....its huge! and construction and three lanes down to one so stop and go...then there was this bridge all lit up...and two very small lanes and was neck and neck with a semi...had to become one with the The mighty mississippi and i couldn't see it because it was so dark and i was flying attached to the semi beside me!! I couldn't believe how wide it was..felt like i was crossing that bridge forever..will go back to see it in daytime....paid homage to her...feel like a pioneer soooo many times..go into Arkansas and stopped at a little town off hwy at a wal-mart i found online..they were so wonderful ....felt obliged to shop...anyway got some more tuna and cheap soup and water and a couple of dvds and the new Eagle's cd!!

Kentucky, Wal-mart, KOA, Mr. Lincoln

So i slept beside the million dollar rv's at a wallmart just inside kentucky at about 1 am and was open all night and the welcomer looked like The Colonial... then i went to Mr. Lincoln's birthplace...the weather is already so beautiful and that place was amazing. I took my camera around and interviewed people and will edit it and put it up when i am in arizona and have time. I had a drink of water from the spring and was best water I ever tasted...Mr. Lincoln's first water. I will say now that it was his mother Nancy's energy that I felt the whole time I was there.. how important good mother's are....

I got to the Bowling Green Koa by 2 pm so i could finally stop after all these weeks of go go go and get the Empress organized..i am facing a pond and the cabins..no one there.. off season is def way to go...shut my heater off early this morning ..leaves still falling.. love living in the empress first day i have done this....been either packing stuff in or taking it out.. love it so happy on my way to arkansas and will be staying in a state park with horseback riding tonight..on my way to phoenix ..

I am reminded of when i was 25 , quit my very good job at vickers and benson advertising and went from toronto to White Rock B.C. in my old chevy after applying for pogey. I guess i really am a gypsy cause this feels like i am getting more in touch with my authentic self...and i also feel like i am coming out of training pants.

so i pulled in to get a chicken wrap and a tea and sit in my rv cosy and have a break on way to columbus......and this mcdonalds has a double sided fireplace ...4 flat screen tvs ...a round cushioned table like vegas style in front of fireplace and tv ..and free wi-fi!!

I stayed at Anoli's and Tom's until 1 am last night uploading the video to Google videos ...but it had to process so went back to wolf's... then saw two dear on ridge road. woke up packed up rv and stalled it on the road in front of running wolf's house ...then flooded it!! cops came cause i blocked the whole road and wolf had to take off the console and open the choke ...or something...i said i have to get to arizona to the cop..! went to sunoco so get the casing screwed back on cause we couldn't do it...then went straight here to Akron.

As soon as i pulled into justins...i went to shut off the rv ...the key was broken in the lock and the rest of the keys with the gas cap key were missing!!! then i couldn't find the other set of keys. I kept remembering Grandmother from the call saying "retrieval is easy!" so i kept saying it..and i figured the keys must have got broke off when we were lifting off the console ..Justin said there is nothing but the ground under there..so we took it off and there they were lying on the frame above the ground and i had driven all the way from Cleveland!!!!!!

Then I knew I had to figure a way to get the google video (which has no time frame like You tube) link to all of you ...and get Justin to help me figure a way to embed it on my blog. I opened my blog and here it is!! It was imported through my account on You Tube automatically!!

Now this is the way its supposed to work... So now we are off to the locksmith to get another key and I am off to Kentucky...

Also this is my 55th Birthday today and all morning I had Deb Adler's song living your own dream in my head as I liked it so much i included that one in the video and it has been playing through all this drama and keeping me happy thanks Deb! and Happy Birthday to me as I crank Stevie Nicks on my laptop an live my dream in my little hippie gypsy mobile.

I worked so hard to get this video done before i left cleveland but youtube rejected it cause it was too long. so now i have to re-edit it into three different timelines...so will take a few days...sorry i sent out emails already so you can see how wonderful the opening and the concert and the village was during the celebration. Well I am leaving Cleveland in the morning and hope to be stopping in Columbus and on to Kentucky...will find a wal-mart and start re-editing so next time I get to internet access will be able to load it up. I did burn one video for Grandmother and will be dropping it off in Cleveland tomorrow. Talk to you soon

I made it here to Cleveland U.S. in my 1975 Dodge Rv....white knuckled it most of the way and miss my cruise control. Can't drive without both hands on the wheel but made it through New York and Pennslyvania before snow hit ..it is like 60 degrees here and still fall colours...I am in Wickliffe a beautiful city and using their beautiful library for internet.

Set up my office in Running Wolf's living room but found out i have wrong ac adaptor for my camera and may have switched them with my other one so working on finding a map and radio shack...so i can get to editing...

well have to get back to working on website with Jonn ..later

I was teaching myself on the Rama Reserve so I didn't get to see it but I found this clip on youtube. Lawrence Williams is the teacher in the center I taught him for years when he started at 7 !!

So last night Larry King hosted a panel of High ranking gov't officials and the creator of the documentary Out of the Blue, Shirley Maclaine was on briefly as well. Opening of Ancient Village

Just got back from Summerfield Ohio and the opening of Ancient Village. It was a great Success!! I ran my touchee off running between the events with my 50 ft extension cord, cam and tripod...ran out of tape... need a crew!! so much going on. The re-enactors were dressed so beautifully and demonstrated so well as the tours were going through the ancient structures. The meals were the best I ever had. It was the first time they had a concert in the dance arbour where the annual Sun Ceremony Dance is held. The entertainment was so good. I will be uploading some clips shortly as i am attempting another method to import the video..and i am shortening them to assist in the upload. This first pic is Running Wolf, Steve Jones and his mother Helen my very bestest travelling companion. The other one is the trapperwho brought his skins and old guns to demonstrate.

Staying Happy

My name is Alannah and I am a documentary producer who is finally starting to produce.

People have been saying all my life that they would like to bottle my enthusiasm. Because of getting into metaphysics when I was 13 about 42 years ago I at least knew that everything had a reason and it was all about personal growth.

It wasn't until What the Bleep and The Secret that I realized just how much control over my life I actually have.

I have been studying with a Cherokee Elder, Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha for 20 years now and she has been trying to show us the practical side of the spiritual teachings the ancients knew. She already had us reading books like The Holographic Universe etc trying to get us to understand quantum physics..but when What the Bleep came out she got us to watch over and over and to look at The Matrix a little closer. Then of course The Secret just pushed everything forward.

We have a "Good News" spiritual radio webcast called On Eagles Wings at
www.on-eagles-wings.net. On Tuesdays nights we have been involved in a world-wide discussion on Fred Allen Wolf's books Mind Into Matter and now Matter Into Feeling. This has taken us deeper into how the priniciples of quantum physics like the LOA actually work and how you actually engage the observer and understand how you actually materialize your thoughts.

On tuesday nights we discuss Brian Tracy's Eat That Frog which is how to put the ACTION behind your thoughts/goals/dreams. So the combination of these two calls and going over my list of 100 "cues" from the secretstory website along with some other practices I am doing...are keeping me on track.

I have put a lot of big goals in action and am pushing forward with total focus as I have no distractions at this time so I am moving rather quickly...inwardly while clearing engrams(a scientology practice) and old patterns, creating new neuro nets (Dr. Joe)

One thing I have realized this morning which helped pull me out of a scary place ...even though I know now how to shift my perspective asap when a negative or fearful thought enters my mind...is that as Dr. Wolf says "there is no transformation without resistance". And I was reminded of an African dance step called traveling to a new home.. where it is onc foot forward and two back...but pushing through the resistance no matter how hard it is like facing into the wind... that really helped shift my perspective because I had "seen" the resistance coming with my goals and now I know just because th

Videotaping Sacred Space

After the Cherokee Sun Ceremony was over at Friendship Village in Summerfield Ohio , I was given permission to videotape the still beautifully decorated arbour. After that I was allowed to go through the newly constructed Ancient Village while videotaping inside the little houses. From straw and stick to adobe and log cabins and finally to the Council House which was truly magnificent. I will be going back down...this time during a full moon....to re-tape the interviews explaining the history of the original natives of that area.

Few problems white balancing as kept getting blue ...the Blue Light is what is used in healing and there was a lot of healing going on throughout the 4 days of the Sun Ceremony. Elder & Grandmother Pa'Ris"Ha held my camera and said it told her immediately that I was filming in Sacred Space..she laughed as she had given me permission...then she said "give me the rainbow" . When I got back I had my more experienced videographer Greg Allen look at the footage to help me with colour correction...and the blue was gone...I swear even the logs on the council house were blue... now it is perfect... she did it ....again..
